Blinds To Go Inc

2 years later one cordless blind wouldn't go up. I returned it to the store, 2 days later I received a call to come pick up the fixed blind.   Last month the other cordless blind wouldn't go up.  I took it to the store for repair.  2 days later i received a call letting me know the repaired blind was ready for pick up.   The header had to be replaced and is different then the one i had originally so I had to install new mounting brackets they had provided. All of this was at no additional cost to me. 
My only complaint is the time it takes to get service in the store. 
They only have 2 sales people and so if they are already working with a
customer you have to wait.  I had to wait an hour to be helped when I
returned my second repair.  otherwise the process is  painless and free.

Their service was horrible.  The worst possible fact is that there was only one person in the store.  So the average wait was probably an hour to get waited on.  They changed the time of the installation three times.  We better buy blinds for more because it was not worth it to buy from here.  Just pay a little more money and have less hassle.  They would not take a phone order either because I had ordered from them before and I wanted to order the exact same blind for a different rental property, exact same sizes and they would not do it over the phone.  That is because they don’t have any help working there.  Price wise they were okay.  I did not check anywhere else.  I will not use them again.

I am happy with their service and would buy from them again.

A word of praise for Jaz and indeed all the staff there. Jaz is patient, knowledgeable, detail orientated and a pleasure to work with. The installer was thorough, provided advice when he came to measure and while busy and a bit rushed he installed the blinds up to quite a good level of workmanship, although a few of the screws are not screwed all the way in and I had to clean up the brick dust! I think the store is well managed and from what I have observed the staff is well trained and communication between them is good. All in all very good value and aside from the one little niggle about the screws, a really good experience all round. Problems arise anywhere and we had one that was resolved by Jaz in a very helpful, conciliatory way. The whole process from ordering to installation was very quick and Jaz was very thorough. 

Pia Anderson was great with helping me make my decisions. The prices of the blinds were cheaper than their competitor, Next Day Blinds, but I felt the "add-on" prices for size and style were steep. The only "blinds to go" are the cheapest blinds they make as everything else is custom made. Every blind had an additional cost for size, length, texture, wands! The "hidden" charges made their prices on par with their competition. The blinds are all wood but the price was high. Blinds to Go will only provide you "estimates" that they do not let you take out of the store to compare with others. I found this interesting. The blinds are fine for our first home. I wanted shutters but Blinds to Go did not provide them. The 6 blinds I paid for were overpriced when adding in the subcontracting costs, the installer switch, and the unprofessionalism of both installers.
