Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
The work was adequate, however, his behavior was very erratic throughout the whole process and he would demand cash or else he would not return to complete the project. This was even after we agreed that 1/3 of the contract amount would be paid at project completion. He called my cell phone all hours of the evening screaming at me that I needed to bring $1,000 in cash to him NOW or else he would not return. A 15 day project turned into a 60 day project because of his erratic behavior. Very scary to a point I thought about calling the police to escort me when I paid him the cash demanded. Wound up having to pay in full and just hire another contractor to complete the job he was supposed to do initially. DO NOT HIRE Bernardo Construction, owner Bernardo Rivera 5831 Lewis Lane, Falls Church, VA 22041. I was in fear for my family!
