In connection with retiring from a longtime job, changing careers, and relocating to a different part of the country, I've had several coaching sessions with Cliff. He's great! Not only is he a superb listener, really paying attention to what you say and asking questions that help you take another look at "how things are," he also suggests things you can do to feel better and act more effectively after the session. After a session, I always have new techniques to "unpack" and try out, and they've proven to be useful. Cliff is extremely knowledgeable about the various ways people can get in their own way and ways to avoid doing this. He's compassionate, understanding, and funny, and I always feel better after a coaching session with him. I think he's helped me become more effective in understanding what's happening in my life and taking action.
