Done on time with quality results. Used them once before for same issue

1) The person who wrote up the work on my car completely missed the very obvious damage to the hood (see the before/after picture I uploaded). 2) They had me drop my car off a full SEVEN (7) DAYS BEFORE THE PART THEY WERE REPLACING ARRIVED. 3) The FIRST time I picked my car up, it had a massive scratch remaining on the hood, the bumper was out of alignment, and there was random blue paint on the bumper.... See the "after" photo 4) The SECOND time I picked my car up, after requesting they actually do what I paid them $1600 for, they didn't blend the existing body paint so that it seamlessly covered the damage... instead they picked out a color similar to my car (but obviously not the same color...), and smeared it on in a very half-*** way. The techs that worked on my car did a TERRIBLE job, as evidenced by the photo, & the people who scheduled the appointment did a TERRIBLE job as they had me drop the car off a full 7 days before the piece they were replacing even arrived. TL;DR I will echo the sentiment of many others who reviewed Bailey's Crossroads Auto Body: If you value your car, DO NOT TAKE IT HERE. This was the second of 3 estimates, one being the dealer (BMW of Alexandria) that I got. The price was so much lower than the 3rd estimate (which was $2183) that I revisited Baileys Crossroad's Auto Body with both estimates - I wasn't planning to take it to the BMW shop but since I was  there for a safety inspection I got the estimate. They convinced me that I would be happy with the work I contracted for. And I was. The car was ready when they said it would be and looks as good as it did before the damage was done.



What more is there to say? Would I use them again? I hope it won't be necessary but yes, I would.

The work was perfect. The owner, Jack, is very responsive and wonderful to deal with.

The service was done promptly and at a great price. Nick really did me a favor here and should I need body work in the future, I would definitely return here!

Bailey's Cross Roads Auto Body are complete professionals, they always do the job on time and on budget and they are very nice people to deal with. They do a top quality job and they use good parts. They are very conscientious.

The good news is they did the work fast, in 2.5 days. The first time I inspected their work I found five problems, including scratches, fingerprints, and bumps in the new parts. After waiting about 75 minutes, I inspected again and found they had fixed the problems satisfactorily. That afternoon, I went for an oil change and my Toyota service guy pointed out the bumper was not attached on one side, and could fall off. (I had missed this one...whoops). I also found paint hand prints on the rear window. I took the car in the next morning and the owner was surly and rude. Three hours later I picked up the car, satisfied, finally, with the work, but very unhappy with everything I had to do, and the time it took, to ensure my satisfaction. That is their job! This is my third time using this shop. Similar experience each time. They are fast, but not worth it because the quality is shoddy and wastes time in the end.

I went to them through GEICO Express and they were great. My car looks like new and it was done in 3 days. They were very friendly and answered any questions I had. They cleaned my car inside and out. Enterprise is right on their lot so you can get a rental car when you drop your car off for the work. All very convenient.

They gave me the second best price out of 4 quotations. I was paying out of pocket. They have hours on Saturday. Gave me an immediate quote, and when I found a company that was a little less, they matched it. I was pleased with their service. The car was returned washed and vacuumed. I had gone to three other companies who also provided estimates which were 55% and 60% higher. It was nice to have a woman estimator. I will go back again if I have the misfortune of another ding or accident. I felt they were honest and competent.

The estimate was reasonable which was important since we were paying out of pocket. The staff were professional and knowledgeable, and they completed the work in a timely manner.

Got 3 estimates. One included used mirror. Asked Bailey's to get used mirror. Provided lowest estimate. Took car for repair and received it was ready a few days later.

I had just had my classic '65 Mercury restored and repainted when the neighbor's dog dug under the adjoining fence, came into our yard, and extensively scratched his claws around the entire perimeter of the car's body. (Apparently, he thought a delicious-tasting small animal was living in the car). I took the car to several auto detailing places, who tested small areas, and were unable to remove the scratches through normal buffing. At that point, I thought I might be looking at an expensive repainting job. The dog owner's insurance company recommended Bailey's X-Roads Autobody. There, I talked to Manny who was very straightforward about not knowing whether all the scratches were superficial or not, and couldn't say for sure how the job would turn out. Nonetheless, I liked his candor and let Bailey's do the work. When I got the car back, it came back perfect. I did, however, notice a few places they had missed because some of the scratches were hard to see unless the sunlight hit them at the perfect angle. When I pointed them out, Manny asked me to mark the spots and Bailey's touched up the few remaining areas. In the end, the work was done very professionally and quickly, and I was very happy with the results. Although this was only a small job and was covered by insurance, I'd definitely go back to Bailey's again if I need auto painting or body work.

I was able to bring the car in the next day after I called for an appointment. They took it right in for an estimate and then took it right in for the repair. They estimated the job at $125 but ended up coming in lower at $75. They were very nice to work with and I was happy with the repairs.
