ANNAPOLIS LIGHTING CO

This past week I purchased a Casablanca ceiling fan.  I also purchased a "fan fitter" to which lights are attached and a glass cover.  I picked up the fan and related items this past week and they were installed by an electrician on July 24, 2015.  It was subsequently determined the glass cover was the wrong part.  On the box that contained the "fan fitter" there was a list of compatible glass covers.  The glass cover given to me was not on the list of compatible parts.  On July 24, 2015 I went back to the store to get the correct part.  According to store personnel, they called the factory and were told the part I was given was the correct part.  I was then given another glass part, still not on the list of compatible parts and sent on my way.  I was also given the name and number of a representative to call if the part did not fit.  When I got home I tried to install the part I was given but without success.  In my opinion, Annapolis Lighting couldn't wait to send me on my way and wanted to be done with this transaction.  I will certainly never buy anything from them again.
