Extremely Rude and hostile employee (possible owner/operator). I have Dyson DC18 that needed repair. I had partially disassembled the vac to replace a switch, but job became too difficult. I called Dyson (Excellent company and 1-800 service) and was directed to Americana Vacuum for warranty service. Service ticket w/ confirmation # was made the day before. Employee was rude, challenging, and no customer service from the very beginning. Employee did not recognize parts and told me they did not come from the vacuum. He became aggressive and hostile... starting yelling, calling me names, and threatened violence. I really think he is insane. I immediately left the shop and called Dyson and reported the incident. Stay away from Americana Vacuums in Falls Church, VA.
