Description of Work: I had a glass pane broken in my sliding door going to the deck. I called them on Sunday, someone came out, gave me two different price quotes, one over phone and one when i showed them a lower quote from another contractor, The guy promised to take care of the issue asap as it was a health hazard to my kids who usually play around that area. I literally had to call him many many times to get a response. Once i had signed a contract, he was like gone. It took many phone calls, text requests to make them come out and fix it a week later. The glass that he brought had no labels on it to say it was brand new. No proof that it has argon gas inside etc.
