He was recommended to us by a real estate agent who had used his service. We had also seen the good job that he had done in one of the houses in the neighborhood. He had done a very good job in our house too, and had cleaned up after himself. He is a very nice person to deal with, and I am very satisfied with his work.

It went well. Alvaro was courteous and very careful to contain the area of dirt by hanging plastic sheeting around the work area. This was great, because in the past, I have had people tear down dry wall and not contain it, the dust gets everywhere and in your lungs. I was sick for a month from a bathroom remodel. The job took about 7 hours to complete with 2 people so I thought the price was very good and the quality of the work was good as well. I would use Alvaro's services again.
