They did a great job replacing our HVAC system. Walked us through the various replacement options clearly. Parts came in quickly and the install was great. Completely professional through and through. Great price as well. Certainly earned our business for any future work and HVAC servicing.

Accurate Services Tech gave good advice. I was impressed by their honesty and professionalism. I would recommend them to others. In the meantime, I'm getting by without the broiler. The range was a high-end unit when I bought it about 20 years ago. I've really loved it and am in no hurry to replace it, despite the broiler issue.

They did solid and quick work, fixing a previous contractor's mistakes in wiring and thermostat selection and installation. They were punctual, professional, and efficient. No issues!

It was a waste of money. Basically, I wound up paying for the air conditioning unit deal only to receive an overly expensive quote on various ways to replace my air conditioning system. The rep they sent out had poor English skills and was not able to explain things properly. The rep wanted me to agree to a verbal estimate and schedule work. I had to ask for a written estimate. A week passed before I received one. It was very unprofessional, poorly written, lacking information, etc. We went back and forth through email a few times and finally, I gave up.

The staff at Accurate were puntual, knowledgable and professional. After receiving several quotes, they provided the most affordable quote for two air conditioning units, a furance and air handler. We are now enjoying summer in comfort.

Great! This is the third year we have had Accurate Service Tech service our A/C. Each year, another company (sent by a warranty or service company) has recommended very expensive repairs, but Accurate Services Tech was able to do minor maintenance and add some refrigerant, saving us lots of money. The technician seems very trustworthy and I plan to call him for all of our work in the future. This is the first company I have ever asked to put a sticker with their phone number on our appliances.

Accurate Services Tech fixed my 20 year old A/C.  I knew turning on the A/C this summer would be worrisome but hoped for the best.  As I thought, I turned on my A/C and it did not work.  I called around on Saturday on Memorial Weekend hoping someone would repair our A/C unit in this 100 Degree weather we were having.  I made a dozen calls, then started checking AngiesList. No one answered the phone.  Accurate was the only ones who answered the phone and promised to come out the same day with no extra charge on a holiday weekend.  I was impressed from the first moment I talk to them.  The technician instructed me to turn on my fan but keep the AC off so that he can diagnose the issue properly when he got to the house.  They worked around my busy schedule and came out at 7:30 pm and worked until 10:30 pm.  Mr. Mohamed did not leave until he had properly fixed my broken AC wires, re-programed my thermostat, reinsulated the wires, unclogged my AC drain and ensured my Freon was where it should be.  He even wore shoe covers so his shoes would not mess up my home. That was very professional of him.  

Mr. Mohamed even called me the next day to make sure everything was working properly.  What service, you don't see companies personally calling you on a Sunday morning to ensure their work was properly done and you are happy. 

Wow what a wonderful company, I am only using them from this point forward and telling everyone I know what a wonderful company this is to deal with. 

I truly recommend this company to everyone I know.  Honesty, professionalism, and integrity is what this company is all about.

My unit stopped working and I contacted this company for an estimation. They were in our house within a couple of hours.
They were very professional and had an excellent customer service skills. They offered to change my entire unit and my water heater for a very reasonable price. They ordered my parts and completed the work within 2 days of my initial phone call to their office. They even did our whole house duct cleaning.
I will never go anywhere else for heating and air conditioning needs. I will absolutely recommend their excellent services to my friends and relatives.
