They had to obtain documentation before they could give us an estimate, which took a couple of days. After they gave us the estimate, they had to order a part which took a couple more days to arrive. The estimate was accurate. When the work was finished I requested that they deliver the TV back to us because it was so bulky and difficult to wrestle in and out of my sedan. They only charged us $25 for the delivery and they did it within an hour and they set up the TV and cable connections when they brought it in. I was very pleased.
