Job to start at 9. Self proclaimed "Production Manager" arrived a little after 9. One man "crew" arrived at about 9:30. Very friendly PM but noticed difference in what had been contracted for when appriaser came out to assess job & sign contract and what she was telling me would be done. She got,... well unfriendly and downright disrespectful in her manner. Later she had approached my wife while I was there in the yard to fill her in on her ideas regarding the her 1 day timeline vice 2 days we had been scheduled for and I interrupted this and felt like PM wanted to argue about need for her to finish job quickly & move on and my contracted requirement to do job professionally and completely. Minutes later I was in back yard to show the worker on where the hose bib was located and he had already given up after rearranging my garden watering hose. It was at this point I realized he spoke very little english. Next thing I notice was him using his phone, pinning phone to ear with shoulder & talking while attaching hose to pressure washer. I asked him if he needed instruction on the machinery and he shook his head no. At this point I figured he didn't understand me so went to find the PM who was in her company vehicle on her phone. She saw me coming in the mirror and got out to talk with me. I told her about her man being on the phone I thought her man needed a little supervision and I wasn't going to do it. She got offended at this and said she couldn't do it because she had to leave soon. I said I wasn't going to supervise him. She then said "well we'll just stop the job and you can find someone else". I said OK. We had paid one third of the cost when signing contract which will be refunded are told. Very surprised and disappointed with this failed transaction. Do not recommend this company for deck powerwashing and sealing.
