John was excellent. I didn't take my computer in to him. He came to me! He let me know when he was going to arrive, and notified me when he was underway. The best part of the visit, however, is how thorough he was in servicing my computer. I teach in an online graduate business program. I HAVE to be able to get online. John fixed the problem in under an hour. My computer runs faster now, and I can do my job.
