I have not been very happy with my real-estate agent, but his broker gave me one piece of advice that?s over and above all the other things they have done for me combined. As much as you think you are a good photographer, have this guy shoot your house and you will not believe the difference.

I looked at his web site and thought, wow, can he do this with my house.

The answer was yes. I called and ordered a basic no frills package, and what I got was amazing.

Scott arrived at my place on a Monday morning, and brought in all his gear. We discussed what I was looking for, he values my opinions and he  immediately got to work.

Having done photography on the side, I have always appreciated the need for great lighting to make a picture pop out of the page, and Scott is a wizard at lighting. Bringing as many as 5 to 6 portable stoplights into a single shot to bring out all the detail and make the pictures pop. He?s very talented at leveraging ambient light and using it to his advantage.

He spend a couple hours photographing my house, and even doing multiple setups per room.

And the time he must have taken in post-production was extensive. He may have taken one particular view at 12 different exposure settings to later take the best elements of all to make the image truly pop.

His cameras could take very wide angle shots with minimal distortion you might normally see with other cameras.

My only regret was that I did not take advantage of him earlier. Check out his web site to see what I mean.

Don?t try and sell a house without him doing your photographs.
