Four sets of custom floor-to-ceiling draw draperies came out beautiful. Includes a set of sheers. Some have light-blocking lining. Measurements were taken promptly once I selected the fabrics. Installer put in drapery rods and hung the drapes. Installer also removed and disposed of existing roller shades and draperies. There was a significant delay due to the covid supply chain. There was also a production error where a set of drapes were made the wrong length. But things came out right in the end with no hassle and I am very satisfied.

Very well! Because of covid19, I had to do this virtually. I was concerned about selecting window treatments, virtually. But, Courtney is a sweetheart and was very professional. She listened, and sent samples, until I found the color/pattern that fit my room, very nicely. Curtains were installed, and they look beautiful. I was disappointed in the center bracket that was used for my curtain. But, that is relatively minor, and I have found a way to hide it.

It was great! I was able to get a quote and measurements quickly. The blinds took a while to be manufactured (because of COVID), but the installation was SUPER fast and efficient. I would definitely use these guys again, and I highly recommend. A++

The new shades fit the windows perfectly and they were installed very professionally. Court is very knowledgeable and he was a pleasure to deal with. I accepted his recommendations as to color and style, and I'm happy with the results. The new shades allowed me to dispense with draperies for most of the windows, so the house is now much brighter and the light level is easier to control. Since the shades can be closed at the bottom while they're open on top, privacy is improved while still allowing light to come in.

The bracket on my Hunter Douglas Luminette Sheers broke and was afraid the rod was going to snap. I called Window Decor of Fairfax and spoke with Courtney. Although I did not buy the Sheers from them (bought in 2005 ) she did indicate that they could repair some issues. I sent her a picture of problem and she was able to get their installer to come out that same day, a Friday! He did a great job re-installing the bracket properly. During this time of the Covid-19 crisis, that level of service and support is terrific, and they were as nice as could be!

After making the round with other companies we decided this was the best company for what we needed. Everyone in the office were very courteous an took the time to explain the different options available. When the measurements they took the time to ask what we really wanted and again explained additional options for us to consider. The window treatments were ordered and perfectly installed as promised. We appreciate the patience of everyone we worked with and will definitely work with them again.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Courtney from Window Décor. She was friendly, courteous and professional. She answered my questions in a timely fashion, brought samples to my house to help me choose the right color, and measured each window to ensure a proper fit. Very pleased with the end result. Everything was measured correctly and installed correctly. Time periods quoted for ordering and installation were 100% accurate. Suggest visiting their store and taking time to review the large number of colors and options available with these shades (as we did). While their staff will come to your house to assist you with your selection, and answer questions, you will save a lot of time (and be able to make a decision more quickly) if you've done some of the legwork yourself. Of course, be sure to have samples of your "final possibilities" brought to your house before a final decision is made. Lighting in the showroom, and outdoor lighting does not equate to the lighting in your house!

First the sales consultant, Courtney Overholt, came over and we discussed what I would want. Then she measured all of the windows in my house. She was a lovely person and it all went very smoothly. Then a few weeks later a very nice young man whose name I can't remember did an excellent job installing the blinds. The blinds are beautiful and the whole experience was totally enjoyable. If I ever need window treatments again, I will definitely call them.

I am very happy with the service this company provided. They responded to my internet inquiry promptly and set up a convenient time for an at-home appointment. Brenda the sales consultant arrived on schedule and was very helpful in looking at which H-D product would best meet my needs. She pointed out the potential problems in one of the products I was considering and suggested a better alternative. She also took time to look at different shade colors with me and recommended the best raise-lower mechanisms. The loop mechanism is perfect for the large picture window shade. The order arrived in the estimated time, and the installer was at my home as scheduled and did a quick and neat job of removing the old shades and installing the new. If/when I need new shades for my home, I will definitely contact Window Decor again.

Window Decor is very good at what they do. We went to the show room to see what our options were for 2 bedrooms that desparately needed new and light avoiding covers. Courtney walked us through the options based on what we said we wanted. She came out a week or so later, measured, helped us with the colors (she was excited we chose something that wasn't neutral!), gave us a good price, and set up the contract. She even assured us that we could delay delivery due to travel schedules. Bobby came out and installed the blinds and explained the features to me. He even waited for me to check out the room darkness - so awesome not to have all the light seeping through! The Hunter Douglas blinds are very good but not cheap. While I still need to replace blinds in two other rooms, I'll have to wait a bit. Fortunately Courtney assured us that those rooms will be cheaper and even suggested a couple of options for them so we could plan ahead. Great company.

We had just replaced the actual windows in our condo and therefore all of the blinds had to come down. We needed replacements in a hurry for our bedroom due to privacy issues and the fact that we were leaving town in a few short weeks for an extended absence. Courtland came to our home promptly as promised and provided recommendations and did the measurements. Not only did he deliver and install the new Hunter Douglas blinds as promised within 2 weeks time, but he reinstalled existing blinds on another set of three windows so that we could continue to use them. This actually corrected a problem with the original installation from a previous owner using new brackets which he provided and saved us a lot of money in replacement costs, even though we were willing to replace them through him. Consequently we highly recommend Window Decor and will definitely use them in the future, even though we sadly procrastinated in posting this well deserved review.

I am extremely happy with my new beautiful blue Hunter Douglas honeycomb shades! Court Overholt, the owner, met with me at my house to discuss the options and show me samples of colors and design. We selected a design in a color of my choice and discussed options for shades for my sliding glass doors and basement window. Also I chose Light Rise (no strings) at no additional cost due to a Hunter Douglas promotion. I received a call as soon as the new shades were ready; then Window Decor worked with my schedule so I could get them installed at a convenient early evening time without having to take off work. Bobby removed the old shades and valance and removed these at no extra cost. The new shades look stunning and transform the basement room! They are very easy to operate and Bobby explained how the system works. There was no tax on the job and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend Window Decor!

Court Overholt came with his daughter Courtney to advise us on the window treatments. They were both very professional and patiently answered all of our questions. The blinds were delivered as promised and mounted very well by Window Decor's installer. A follow up visit to take care of some adjustments and repairs was done promptly and at not additional cost!

Window Decor installed plantation shutters and honeycomb shades on fourteen windows in our house (including a bay window). The shades are gorgeous and functional. Court gave good advice about options and solutions, and clearly knows his product. The process was very easy, the installation smooth, and the prices reasonable for the quality of product. We would definitely use Window Decor again.
