I was extremely pleasantly surprised by Oscar Perla & team's work! Our bedroom floors were eroded and stained so needed to be sanded, stained, and refinished. Oscar's team always arrived a few minutes early. They were very friendly and got right to work. They immediately noticed that our quarter rounds were old and said he'd replace them and wouldn't charge extra. I was worried that they wouldn't be able to find stain that matched the hallway floors, but they did. They made everything look just like a new floor, they included the closets (which we never specifically asked them to do), and just overall exceeded my every expectation. Oscar's a very nice guy and super laid-back. He didn't ask us to sign a contract until the day they started work. We paid 35% up-front and the rest he never billed us for, just asked that we send him a check.
