 + -1 moreThey are inflexible with their service and it is not very easy to find somebody there that is very knowledgeable. Not always, but on more than one occasion we got answers from people at Verizon that were inconsistent with each other.

 + -1 moreMy home is made up of mostly concrete, so my signal is poor. I first went in to the store. The first store sent me to another store. The second store was reluctant to help any better. Then when I need phone support to trouble shoot my mobile device I had to go through seven people to finally get someone to assist me.

 + -1 moreThe service is good but the price is expensive. For price, I'd say C because they are not that great.
