These guys were absolutely fantastic! I did an extremely last minute request for movers (like I requested a quote 10pm on a Friday night for a move I needed done the next day) and they called me that same night, got me an estimate, gave me a discount and scheduled within minutes. They even accommodated my request for an evening arrival time the very next day. The movers arrived a few minutes late but I was notified in advance that there might be a delay. They were very fast, efficient, and careful with my things. Disassembled 3 beds and loaded the entire truck within 1.5 hours. Unloaded and reassembled in about the same time. The guys were so nice and professional. ONLY MOVING COMPANY I’M USING FROM NOW ON!!! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH ☺️

So nice, we used them twice! The movers at VanGuard pulled off a miracle. When I called Jennifer - who is kindness and patience personified - asking if they could help us (yet again!), I told her we needed a "few other things" removed as junk from our inherited house. The day of the move, however, it became clear that the "few" things were more like "ten things," which then became "forty things," which then morphed into...an entire house! And everything - and I do mean EVERYTHING - had to be out by 9 p.m. No exceptions. With the clear-eyed determination of a soldier going into battle, the foreman, Damir, got to work. Along with his comrades in arms, these three men worked at a level of speed that defied the laws of gravity, human strength and the space-time continuum. (At one point, they even involved a wheelbarrow!) And the 9 p.m. deadline? They made it... three hours early. Three HOURS! A miracle happened that day in Fairfax Station, and the people at VanGuard are to thank.

AMAZING! I love these guys! 3rd time using this company and I just love them. They provided all packaging material and packed for me since my move came out of nowhere and was not prepared at all and named all my boxes so I wouldn’t be lost or overwhelmed when opening them. Recommend 100%

Professional Honest Efficient It was an excellent experience with VanGaurd. From the very beginning Jennifer was very helpful and explained everything in detail. I had some special requests which were honored. Since it was the first time I was using any moving company, I had many questions. Jennifer answered all my queries patiently. I got email reminders before my move date and the driver Chris also called and confirmed the move date and time. On the move date Chris and the other helper arrived on time. Chris explained the paperwork. They were very fast and efficient and loaded the truck quickly. I have never seen anyone work so fast. Even though they were working on hourly basis, they didn’t try to delay anything to make more money. They also unloaded the truck efficiently. All my furniture was in good shape. I am EXTREMELY HAPPY with VanGuard. I’ll recommend this company to everyone. These days it is very difficult to find honest and professional people and VanGuard team is one of them. They were the best out of everyone. We were so impressed with every single team member who showed up to pack and move everything out of our 4 bedroom house. It was so professional, efficient and fast. They gave good estimate and completed their job, helping us to not have stress over it a bit. We are definitely using them to move our stuff back from storage room when the house is ready. Definitely recommend them, you will be pleasantly surprised ?
