The entire process was seamless and the results outstanding. The estimate was competitive and there were no surprises. We relied mainly on Mr Haluk, who has an impressive depth of practical knowledge, with assistance from Mr Hakan, through each step. That included selection of the appropriate granite slab, undermount sink, and other considerations tailored to our project. Very well. USA marble was a pleasure to work with from the initial showroom visit to the final installation. Haluk, the project director, was very patient as I changed my mind on the marble type, style, dimensions, etc...!! The price was the best out of the five or six stone places that I visited, and they have a good selection of full and small slabs. The installation was almost flawless....and they quickly corrected a problem with the backsplash.

Estimator showed up on time and proceeded to measure the counter tops.  He realized he would need to create a template and had all the supplies he needed in the truck.  He completed the measurement and template in less than an hour.  The shop provided a quote within one day.  We scheduled a date and time to select the granite slab and scheduled the install for the following week.  The install went extremely smooth.  The only issue was the plumber got held up and we had to reschedule for the following day. In the end we were completely satisfied with the experience, product and the company.  It was a pleasure to work with Joe from start to finish.

This was the 2nd time we used USA Marble and Granite.  Their prices are pretty much unbeatable.  The granite that they installed was the same quality as the sample we viewed in their warehouse (not true for some other businesses!).  
One problem arose when they installed our new dishwasher.  The plumber they hired to install our new dishwasher charged $150.  But when he installed it he didn't actually secure the dishwasher in place.  So everytime you'd open the dishwasher the whole unit would come forward, out from under the counter.  I brought this to their attention and they immediately offered to give us a partial refund.  Mistakes happen, but the way they handled it was satisfactory.

I needed to finish my wet bar before the x-mas , one of my neighbor recommended the Usa marble and granite.
So i swing by their warehouse on Dorr ave Fairfax , which there are a couple other granites places located near by, Usa's  prices and their selections were clearly better than others.
Joe was helpful and knowledgeable , he helped me  pick out this really nice granite ( White Galaxy) for my wet bar, they were able to come out and do a measurement and installation in the same week ! which was really convenient for me, because i had family coming over for the x-mas!
everything worked out well, price was good  and timing was on time !  i would highly recommend USA marble and granite !

USA Marble & Granite agreed to make 5 marble pieces for our bathroom out of crema marfil.  The sales person was very helpful so we thought we were in good hands.  But they gave our contractor (who picked it up) a sink countertop that was cracked all they way from sink opening to the edge and over the edge.  They had put filler in it and smoothed it out, but it was very visible (black crack against cream marble).  The backsplash also had visible cracks.  The window will had completely cracked and was glued together with an inserted metal rod.  The crack had a chip on the edge.  In addition, when I measured the countertop it was over several inches less than the measurements our contractor told us he had given them.  When they removed the sink so we could get it back (we provided the sink), the marble broke where the crack was.
USA Marble & Granite provided no explanation and would not remake the cracked items -- they did not appear to have a policy to deliver a quality product.    We lost 2 days of the bathroom remodel between pickup of the marble and their refunding our money for all but the shower curb (which was fine, no cracks) and our contractor having to pick up the sink.  We will end up losing nearly a week because we have to find another supplier.  I would never use this company again.
I ended up using Pyramid Granite.  Great quality and service -- they made the pieces with no cracks and their price was 25% lower!

The job was completed in the timeframe promised with minimal disruption.The end result was everything we had dreamed of. For our kitchen remodeling, we needed a Cambria countertop. We check USA Marble & Granite's options and we have found what we were looking for. First of all, USA Marble and Granite has great colors and products options that I haven't found in another store. USA Marble and Granite was recommended to me by USA Kitchen Expo. Their crew was extremely professional about what they did, so I haven't had any worry when they were working on my kitchen project. Also, they were on time when counter top were ready to installed. Another thing is they were very honest about what they promised such as pricing, timing, and cleaning. So lastly I can say frankly that you can feel free to work with them.

Moustafa and the guys at USA Granite and Marble were wonderful. They were fast, efficient and I loved their work. I asked them about a piece of granite in my bathroom that they didn't even install and they fixed it for me free of charge. They were so nice to work with and their prices were fair also. My counter looks so good that I already called them for a job I was going to do later but decided to get the work done before a wedding at my house next weekend. Moustafa said he could get the job done in 2 days so it can be done by the weekend. All in all a great experience!

We went to USA Cabinet Store and they were very welcoming and helpful. We explained the type and budget of our ideal kitchen. Their employees provided us with great quality products and drew a design that met all of our must haves in a kitchen. Our budget was not huge for the kitchen of our dreams, but USA Cabinet Store team did not let our financial limitations prevent us from getting the perfect kitchen. We scheduled an appointment for them to come and measure details and before we knew it, we had placed an order for our cabinets. We also used their granite store, USA Marble & Granite to pick out the best countertop out of so many choices to chose from. Their diverse options leaves no doubt in customers' final choice after seeing so many varieties. 
Our cabinets arrived as promised and installers finished the job as planned. The granite team from USA Marble & Granite installed the countertops and everything turned out better then originally planned! We couldn't have asked for more from USA Cabinet Store & USA Marble & Granite. These guys were great!  Some of the best people we have done business with in a long time.  I went in on a Tuesday, picked out the granite I wanted for the counters from a huge selection.   scheduled them to come out and measure Thursday of the same week.  They arrived on time, they were totally professional and they made the whole thing very easy.  They were back installing countertops that looked great the very next day.  The attention to detail was what impressed me the most.  The prices were more than reasonable.  I highly recommend this company.

As part of our great room redecorating, we decided to replace our traditional fireplace (white mantel/dentil molding/pink marble tile surround) with a more contemporary look.  Bryan worked with our budget in helping us select the perfect granite for the new fireplace surround to go with our paint and décor.  The work was completed today, as scheduled and on budget.  The experienced 2-person crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned the area thoroughly before leaving.  Our fireplace has been transformed, and we couldn't be happier with the results!

I decided to renovate my house. I wanted to start from kitchen and bathrooms and I spent so much time to find right compnay to go with it. After searching the companies I found Usa Cabinet store and Usa Marble Granite. They are same company but different branches. I made the contract  for $35,000.00 included kitchen and two of bathrooms remodeling. They provided everything(cabinet, granite, tile, sinks, faucets, knobs and labor ). The office people were so nice and they took care of everything from beginning to end. I was concerning about the communication but later on everything went well. I trusted to them so much and they did a great job.I provided  the paint and appliances that's it. My kitchen had 15 cabinets and also 2 pantries. So the price was affordable include the bathrooms. I really appreciate  to Usa Marble Granite and Usa cabinet Store for that.

First set of cabinets were broken, they came and tried to repair, took them back and ordered new ones. There were several delays but in the end they took care of things. Did not offer to deliver the second set, that was disappointing. But in the end the cabinets were fine. We did have someone else install them. They were very responsive to our concerns, seemed it was the manufacturers mistake. So while it was somewhat frustrating they did all they could and end result was good. They cut, polished and installed our granite counter top. Was well done, only complaint is one of the faucets is a little off. So not a perfect score, but good.

Needed cabinents and countertops in a hurry for our emergency kitchen remodel.  Found their sister company USA Cabinet, they seemed ok at our initial consult and we decided to check out the inventory at USA Granite.  We liked one slab in particular and the price was reasonable.  Once the cabinets were installed USA Granite came out for a measurement.  The gentlemen pointed out a few areas of concern and asked for me to make a decision on cuts, which I did.  I was told that it would take 7-10 days to be cut and ready for delivery, but 3 days later they called to say it was ready!
On the day of installation, they showed up early and worked quickly.  Countertops look great, only issue is that despite me making the decisision to have the granite cut a certain way so that they wouldn't have to cut into the wall, they still had to cut into the wall to make it fit properly.

Wonderful experience, I wasn't sure if they would be able to carry the granite up 2 flights of stairs... but they were able to call for help and delivered wonderfully. They ended up with a corner chip when putting in the backsplash, but fixed in on site. The countertops now look amazing and were the best deal we received after numerous calls... many thanks for the wonderful service!

This company has a wide selection of countertop materials. The sales people are nice and helpful, not pushy. But they don't give you the cost per square foot, just the total cost when given the countertop measurements we were replacing. We selected Silestone quartz countertops and their estimate was $7700 for what we needed. But before we signed the contract we looked elsewhere and found the exact same Silestone at Home Depot and their cost was going to be $5500. That's a big difference. I should mention that USA Marble's cost would include a stainless sink which was extra at Home Depot.

We have been living in our house for 17 years and wanted to re-do the hall bathroom on the second floor. Contrary to our remodel in the master bath, we didn't want to spend a fortune but wanted something with quality and nice details.  When it came time to select the vanity top (48 x 26 approx) we knew we wanted granite. So I started to search on line and visiting about 5-6 places including Home Depot.  The quote was around $700.00 which we thought it was too expensive since the price did not include a nice edge, backsplash or side splashes or the plumber. I kept looking and found on line USA Marble and Granite in Merrifield, VA.  We went to their granite place and the prices were much better.  They also own a store down the street that has cabinets and ready made countertops.  They encouraged us to go there.  We found a beautiful granite countertop (Level 2 or 3 at least) , ogee edge, included a nice oval sink, backsplash and two side splash, installation and plumbing. All this for $600.00. This same counter would have cost us (with everything that I mentioned before) about $800.00.  
Everything went smooth and easy with them. We had no use for the backsplash and they, at no additional charge, cut it and beveled a piece 24 inches long so we could use it as a threshold for the bathroom door. They were very gracious accommodating a change in the delivery date.  On the day of the delivery the crew came on time and were extremely friendly and accommodating. The vanity we brought was ready made and when the delivery guys came the sink was too big for the cabinet we already had installed. What could have been a disaster due to our mistake turned out not to be a problem. The delivery crew worked hard with my existing cabinet making adjustments to the drawers till the sink fit. They trimmed the granite to fit perfectly the space we had. The plumber supplied by the company was very professional and was also able to trouble shoot some installation challenges.
We can't be any happier with the company, the delivery crew and the plumber they provided. Their prices were the best, hands down. Much, much lower and with much better customer service than HomeDepot or other granite places. We have recommended them to other friends since we already spent so much time doing the research. Customer service, quality and price: the best hands down! We are going back to get granite counters for our kitchenette in the basement.
