It was a challenging experience.

Happy with the end result.  Had an issue with the pavers as the color did not match due to the batch delivered by the manufacturer.  Owner of Urban America had the paver company come out and we were able to get replacements at no cost.  Also had some quality control issues by the men doing the work, but the owner came onsite to ensure all items were fixed.

Amazing!!!  Nick and his crew are simply amazing.  I have never seen such hard workers.  Timely, polite, efficient, skilled.  Nick stays in regular communication with you and is very easy to reach.  He responds promptly.  As with any project, there is a little tweaking to be done as things progress.  These were extremely minor and Nick is a joy to deal with.  He is totally professional and his goal is to please the customer.  He puts you at ease when talking with him.  No annoyed attitude there at all.  He is very pleasant and responsive. 
I have had many projects done around my house and this is by far the best experience all around.  The finished product is flawless. 
I cannot recommend Urban America highly enough.  Hire them.   Oh, and as an added bonus.....their price beat out all the competitors.

We have used them three times. I liked the products that they had. They were nice, very hard workers and polite. They're expensive, but for what they do. I would think that I would expect to pay that for what they do. You get what you pay for. We have used them for a year. They have been responsive and punctual. They are busy.

Original job of restoration of foundation was off a bid that I requested.  Urban America was referal from one of my contractors.  The job included restoring brick foundation that had been compromised from 28 years of water and moss damage.  Once the restoration was done, the job included preventive foundation water sealant.  The crew and the job were highly professional. 

On the basis of this strong contract, I did not hesitate to call the company when a car lost control in our parking lot and ended up driving through our tennis building and ending up on a tennis court.  Urban America immediately responded and qualified their ability to do an emergency restoration.  This work included taking sheet metal and insulation damage to a restored and weather proof condition that allowed me to take the necessary time to bring to get final restoration contracts with Butler Building experience.  The emergency work was so strong, that I did not lose any time for our members and the restored wall stood well until final restoration was finished 2 months later.
