Traci was overall fantastic. Her and her team of people made us feel taken care of and always like a priority. We are so glad that we hired Traci to help sell our property. Traci and her team were phenomenal every step of the way. My husband's been through the process before but this was my first time buying and selling a house. We were sure glad to have Traci on our side when it came down to contracts and negotiating -- she led us through all the tricky parts by pointing out the "gotchas" and the fine details. Traci Oliver recently sold our home in Chantilly. We first learned Traci’s name when we saw a number of her signs along some of the major roads near our development. We also noticed that most of the homes for sale in our neighborhood were listed by Traci who, we learned, lived in our neighborhood. After three prior six-month listings with another realtor, with no success, we decided to give Traci a try. She met with us for over an hour and discussed the challenges of the market in our area and the unique approach she would bring to selling our home, based on her lengthy experience as a realtor and her education/experience in marketing. During subsequent visits to our home, she provided solid recommendations on how to best showcase the house through de-cluttering and re-positioning some of our furniture. Traci made every effort to be personally present for each of our showings and, on those occasions when we were out of town and couldn’t “stage” the house, she would even arrive early and make sure our home looked its best. Shortly after listing with Traci, we had our first offer and signed a contingency contract. Unfortunately, the contingency fell through because the buyer wasn’t able to sell their home, but within the week, we had a second offer (with no contingencies) which we accepted.
