Alex and Mario were incredible. Very upbeat and efficient. They showed up exactly on time and worked extremely hard. Their attention to detail addressing some of the imperfections in my hardwood floors was impressive as well. The process of getting a quote was also fast and fair. Overall, it is obvious that this company is well run and has talented workers.

Total Flooring did a great job with the new hardwood floors we got as part of a kitchen remodel. We were merging the old kitchen, which had a laminate wood look-alike floor, with the dining room, which had a hardwood floor in need of refinishing. They had to merge the two floors, old and new, and make sure the joint wasn't visible. The estimator who came out actually suggested this plan to us, where before we thought perhaps we'd have to get all new floors throughout. He told us that actually we could keep our old floors, get new floor in the kitchen, and merge the two. It turned out great. We also had them replace the baseboards and the whole are looks brand new now. Very happy with the workmanship. Our only issue during the process was some lack of coordination between the office management, who we were talking to frequently, and the work team that came out to the house. The work team was initially unaware of the schedule as it had been told to us by the home office. We also, on one or two occasions, had trouble reaching the home office to clarify issues and ask questions. This caused a delay, which required us to push back other parts of the remodel. In the end, it has worked out, but it could have been a major hassle if other things didn't work out in our favor.

The quality of the work was excellent and we are very happy with the ultimate outcome. The initial contact was very prompt, however, there was some confusion when we got to the bid/contract stage and it took several weeks to ultimately get a bid and contract. This was followed by additional confusion in scheduling the installation of both the hardwood and carpet. We were happy with the work, loved the crews that came to do the work, and it looks absolutely amazing, but the company can do better at staying on top of its commitments and meeting deadlines.

Chad was extremely professional and prompt on the quote.  His quote was not the cheapest, but he took the time to make sure we would be happy with the results.  He also worked very hard to make sure the floors would be completed before we moved in.  Upon completion of the work, the hardwood floors look brand new despite being 30+ years. old.  The crew did a good job cleaning up the dust.  I certainly don't regret paying a little extra for fantastic work and excellent customer service.  I would easily recommend Total Flooring to anybody looking for high quality work.

They were on time, very professional, secured my fence better that I thought possible.  Would highly recommend them to my clients, friends and family.

Chad came to give me an estimate and arrived on time , which is important to me. He seemed to know what he was talking about and I felt that he did. I needed hardwood floor installed on top of a concrete slab, which from what he told me is not the most ideal situation for a floor guy.
 
 Chad provided me with an estimate and I called him back within 3 days and he showed up within one week to start the job. He completed the work in two days and it was exactly what I needed. Total flooring was fast, efficient, and very thorough when it came to clean up. If I ever need any other flooring or know a friend that does, I will refer them to Total Flooring LLC, Thanks Chad!

Extremely honest, great communication, installed exactly when they said and the finished product was top notch. I cannot say enough about Chad and this was one of the best contractor experiences I have had in a long time! Keep up the good work! Total Flooring has done such a great job at my investment property that I decided to have them install new carpet at my parent's house. I didn't realize that they also do bathroom remodeling. Chad asked if he could submit an estimate as well. After getting three bids, I decided to go with Chad.  His pricing was very competitive and I knew he would go out of his way to do the best job he could. His team gutted the bathroom, added a new vanity, floors, lighting, french doors, you name it. The bathroom looks absolutely beautiful and it only took a week! The process was easy and stress free from start to finish. Because I couldn't be there he sent me updates and pictures and kept me in the loop with the progress. He was always easy to get a hold of which is a major plus in the contractor world! Chad and his team went above and beyond what I expected and I will definitely use them on future projects.

Mr. Durbin was integral in helping us decide which floors to choose,
educating each step of the process. We felt that whichever way we went
he was going to try to get us the most value for our dollar. When the
work began Mr. Durbin was on-site to make sure everything went well and
was always calling to check up and make sure we were happy with the
work. He told us it would take 3 days and was finished in 2. The floors
are beautiful and "green" and we and everyone who comes in our house loves
them.
We couldn't be happier with Mr. Durbin's work, from start to finish he
was professional, creative, attentive, and looking out for us. I would
highly recommend Mr. Durbin for any flooring needs. I actually have recommended
him to family and friends and all have been very pleased with his work.
