Their prices are competitive. They're probably one of the top. They're priced little lower than their competitors. They have good customer service.

They did a great job. They are great guys.

These guys maintained my vehicles (01 Subaru Forester; 08 Toyota RAV4) 2004-2010. Did a great job. Stopped going when I moved to MD in 2010, but now didn't find a good mechanic, so now I'm back with them, and I can't but notice the contrast.

The shop manager, Edson Chavez, is helpful, competent and pleasant. Don't know if they do auto body or transmission work beyond fluid and filter, but for all regular service stuff I trust the guys at Tires Plus Merrifield (8217 Lee Hwy) completely. Very timely when Edson's around, but that's just an impression.

I had a tire that was leaking so we brought it to Tires Plus and they changed out the tire. About three weeks later the tire that they put on was flat. So I called my cousin over and he took the tire off my car, and put my spare tire on, and stuck the flat into the trunk of my car. I drive the tire to the Tire Plus store, talked with a gentleman who said he would look at it. He told me that while he was repairing it I would have to fill out some paperwork. On the paperwork, he was charging me for taking the tire off of my car and repairing it. I told him that he couldn't charge me for taking the tire off of my car, because he didn't take the tire off. He told me that it was a joint charge, so it was just part of the charge. I was sick of dealing with it so I left the tire there. The next day my husband went to pick it up, and they did not repair it, they just smeared sealant all around the rim. When they were done, he didn't even charge my husband for the tire, although he was going to charge me. I took the tire someplace else and they told me that it was just a dirty rim that was causing the leak. So the problem was just that they did not put the tire on the rim correctly. I was very disappointed with them.
