Tile Installation Pro

The backsplash is beautiful but i had to be wary of everything they were doing. They were going to install the decorative insets unevenly and there were some cut tiles that were installed with broken areas and had to be replaced.
The tiling of the shower and tub was done very well. But the floors of both bathrooms that were tiled are both breaking. It seems that the subfloor was not secured before attaching the board under the tile. I have been back and forth with them for an entire year for them to come fix the floors and they kept putting me off. When is finally threatened to file a small claims court suit, I was told that they went out of business. Then I was told that their previous associate would do the work anyway and quot;for good willand quot;. They have not contacted me and it has been three months. We now have to pay thousands to get the floors fixed by another company. If they ever open again, avoid.

Installation Pro quickly responded to my request for a backsplash installation. They told me exactly what they needed to do the job and scheduled an appt for the following week. I wanted the job done sooner and asked them to call me if anyone cancelled. To my surprise, they called 2 days later and were able to fit me in the same week. They completed the job in two days and it looks great. The price was competitive for 30 sq ft of stone mosaic tile and I've received a lot of compliments on the work - including some from the home builder as I'm in a new community and he came by to look at something else.

The installation for both projects took 3 and half days to complete.
