 + -1 more7 months after I changed firms they come back and state I did not pay the last month I gave them proof and they still stated I owed and they will get their lawyer. Not enough money to stress about and go to court so I paid for a month that I did not have them doing my bookkeeping. Highly disappointed in this company.

 + -1 moreOur long time management company got out of the rental business about a year ago and gave all of his accounts to this management group. They haven't had to find new tenants yet for us, but they have overseen lots of repairs to our property. Everything has gone smoothly so far. My only complaint was after a large tree fell on our rental property and damaged the roof and gutters. The insurance adjuster kept calling me for details and I referred him to my management company. Neither the adjuster or I had much luck with the new management company returning our calls promptly. Eventually, we got the info I needed to make a claim.
Description of Work: This company manages our rental property for a monthly fee of $122.
