Thank you for running an honest business! You solved the problem and saved me a lot of $???. I was about to be taken for a ride by a ruthless, aggressive sales rep from Terminix. You also restored some of my faith in the American craftsmanship.

Very professional, great communication from setting up the initial appointment to providing detailed photos and descriptions of the work that needed to be done. It took a while to get all of the squirrels out of our attic (there were so many!) but after several months now none have returned. A great job all around.

Mark set a trap and fortunately the squirrel was caught in 30 minutes. He then laid another in case of other squirrels but none were trapped after a few days. Mark secured the siding, and inspected the attic area for damage, fortunately there was none.

We never did catch it. Perhaps I gave up too soon. The critter wasn't taking the bait, and may just have been a chipmunk. It's still there, but not creating a problem. So, at least it's not a fox, skunk, groundhog, or other real pest.

Jacob was responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. I would certainly hire him again if I needed animals removed from my attic.

After two weeks, we caught two mice in traps and I think some have died in the ceiling from poison. No evidence of mice for two months.

Jacob determined there weren't any flying squirrels living in the attic, so there were none to remove. He saw a gap in the roof along the ridge vent, which we fixed, as the likely point of entry. He responded to my call quickly and was able to come out at a convenient time for myself and my neighbor so both sides of the duplex could be checked. The inspection fee was reasonable for the amount of time he spent on our issue.

Very responsive and he took a logical approach to both removing the critters and installing screening to keep them out. Only complication was my having to rent a lift the could get high enough to install screens over the openings where the squirrels were coming in to the house. The lift was expensive ($500) and not included in the pricing of the service.

Mark from Master Trapper set squirrel traps, caught and released one squirrel that had gotten into my home, and repaired a hole in the gable that allowed the squirrel in. He was very professional and personable, and performed high quality work. I'd definitely hire him again if needed.

This is the second time I have hired Jacob. He is responsive, personable and can quickly assess a problem and come up with a solution. He responded quickly to my email, scheduled an appointment, came out on time and inspected my attic, finding two squirrels there at the time. He set the traps, quickly captured the mother squirrel and then over several days, captured the 4 others. After insuring that he had captured them all, he then covered the hole they had created so that others could not get in. He kept in touch with me throughout the process. As previously, his price was extremely reasonable. So glad to have the squirrels gone. I would highly recommend The Master Trapper.

He caught the squirrel, as well as two mice despite my pest control company claiming to have eliminated the mice from the attic entirely. It was more expensive than I had hoped for, but he was efficient and very polite. The repairs appear to be very sturdy, and are guaranteed for several years.

He did a super job. I thought the price was reasonable. I checked other places that were more expensive. I did have to wait a couple of weeks to get on the schedule because they had a lot of work to do. They were responsive. They were professional. I like that they solved the problem. The communication and interactions were good. It took them about two hours. They put a screen on the hole where the raccoon's had gotten in. They put them on the truck and just moved them.

Master Trapper set and baited a trap and checked it daily for 3 weeks for the fee paid but the groundhog was apparently too smart to go in the trap.

Jacob is the best. He didn't end up catching anything but was very professional and kind. The trap was set for a week and then he did the repairs.

Jacob was extremely helpful and informative. He replied promptly to my phone calls and texts and dealt diplomatically with the tenant. He trapped two animals and then sealed the hole they chewed with metal. He's a good guy. Highly recommended.

Great. Mark set a trap and kept it baited but raccoon never came back. He then installed screens to prevent racccons from getting in again. He was fair and professional and great to deal with. He also spent quite a bit of time ensuring that the screens look good on the house.
