After we had a very windy day, I found what looked like pieces of cement in our yard. I could only gather it came from the chimney so I called and described the issue and the crew came out and repaired our chimney. We also had them come to look at our dryer, we were having to run the dryer for multiple cycles Come to find out we had the too much flex hose and it was causing clogging easily. So the crew replaced the flex hose with a a solid pipe. Now the dryer works like brand new!

I redeemed a coupon online and called the office to make a appointment. I called again the office when they didn't arrive as scheduled. The office manager at first said I wasn't on the schedule. After rechecking she found my order. We rescheduled the appointment. The technician arrived after the scheduling window. He said it was because he decided to sleep in. (Ironic because I had to get up early to be ready for his arrival.) The work was completed well and I was given a discount for the installation. This is a family owned business and I got the impression they were still working out the kinks. That being said, I would use this business again because of the discount and because of their professionalism while doing the actual work. They didn't try to tack on additional work to up the price (as so many other vendors do once they get on site) and the quality of the work done was excellent.

I am a repeat customer. I scheduled the service in September. They came on time, did the job without leaving a trace of soot. When I lit my first fire the stove didn't appear to draw very well and was smoking and I thought something was wrong with the cap or damper. They came out the day after I called and it turned out I didn't have the damper adjusted properly. They didn't charge me for this extra visit. It's rare to find such good customer service these days.

We have lived in our home for about 5 1/2 years and have never had the fireplace and chimney inspected or cleaned, so we thought it was about time. The service was marvelous. The appointment was for 12 - 3, but, they showed up at 11:30. I'm glad I was here! LOL! They came inside and checked the fireplace and chimney from the inside and said it looked very clean. They said the previous owners more than likely didn't ever use it. They also explained a bit about the construction of the chimney and why it remained so clean for so long. They told me I could probably go a year or 2 without a cleaning. They also checked the outside, and gave it a thumbs up as well. I've read many reviews about chimney sweeps giving estimates for outrageous sums of money. They didn't do this. They also could have cleaned it, even though it didn't need it, and charged me for that, and they didn't. I found them very kind, professional and honest. I will absolutely be hiring them when it DOES need a cleaning.

The company responded immediately to my request for a quote on Angies List, and offered several available days for service. The technicians came within the provided window and were friendly and professional. They completed both assignments to our satisfaction and provided the necessary documentation that we could forward to our condo management. We are very pleased and recommend the company to others. This company is my "go to" for getting my condo/townhouse chimney inspection/cleaning and dryer vent cleaning done. The gentlemen that came out are very professional and even educated me on a few things. They actually DO WHAT IS SUPPOSED TO DONE. Last company I used failed to clean my dryer vent properly and I was a fire hazard before hiring Sweep Masters. Also, the owner is very curteous and easy to talk to; pricing is fare and I do not mind doing repeated business with them.

They arrived on time and thoroughly cleaned the dryer vent hose. They recommended replacing the plastic dryer vent hose and quoted a very reasonable price to complete. They completed installation of the new dryer vent house within no time and were on their way. Overall, they were very professional and easy to work with and my wife and I are thoroughly pleased with their work.

Fantastic; pleased with the responsiveness of this firm; Nathan and Shawn (Sean) arrived and within approximately 30 minutes had the vent pipe cleaned and a 15 year-old misalignment corrected; left premises properly cleaned. This was a highly professional extremely courteous team; would definitely recommend and will utilize SweepMasters in the future.
