Susan Skare

Susan aggressively looked for the right house for us by listening to our desire for certain features, price, and location and then showing me houses that fit the criteria.   When we located the house we wanted, she helped me to stage my townhouse for selling by pointing out areas to declutter and feature.   She held two open houses and a brokers' open house and solicited feedback.  At the same time, she negotiated with the sellers of the single family home on the contract and inspection.  
Because of a couple of circumstances outside her control, we eventually decided not to sell but to remain in our townhouse.  Susan remained very professional and understood our decision.   She still keeps an eye out on potential homes for us and keeps in touch.
