Elizabeth, the mortgage consultant, was great. I was able to apply for my mortgage over the phone and through email. She promptly responded to all of my questions as a first time buyer and walked me through the process of buying a home. She sent my preapproval and various other documents through email making the process take less time. I did feel that the rate was a little high, but was told that was because I was financing the 100%.
