Jeff Waters performed all the work except for electrical and plumbing performed by his sub-contractors which he scheduled and supervised on-site.  Jeff would not allow subs to work without his supervison.  Jeff coordinated all work to completion.  Jeff showed up at my house each morning exactly on time which I have NEVER experienced with any other contractors.  He is extremely detailed and qualtiy conscious .  His favorite moto is "I worry more about the quality of my work than the homeowner". He performed all work efficiently and in a timely manner.  His prices are very competitive and you get what pay for and more considering other contractors in Northern Virginia that just want to get it done and move on. The quality of his work is impeccable and speaks for itself.  I have hired numerous contractors to work on my home over 25 years and I can truly say that Stick Built is the best.  With so many "run of the mill" or incompetent contractors out there, it is refreshing to watch someone who is a true professional and takes his work very seriously.
Jeff took all the worry out of the process for me that can be stressful.  I cannot say enough about Stick Built and Jeff Waters.  You will never be disappointed if you hire him for your next project!
