"Since day one, our biggest priority has been taking care of our clients and be as transparent as possible, which we believe we have done with all of our clients. It’s very unfortunate to see this review and these star ratings. From the moment we scheduled to the moment we took payment, we were in communication with the homeowner, as this was a rental property and homeowner could not be present during the visit. We immediately contacted the client upon receiving the review in hopes to make things right. Unfortunately, we weren’t given the opportunity to rectify ourselves on something that could have easily been solved and dealt with with just a phone call. And yes of course, we could have just replaced the devices and moved on, but in reality, like the review mentions, this is an older townhome that actually needs a lot of attention and it was our duty to verify the existing wiring/electrical system to ensure its safety before moving on. We take great pride on the service we provide our valued clients. We wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for them. We strive to provide our clients the reassurance, and peace of mind, they need to feel safe in their own home after a visit from the electrician."

While accidents happen and we tried to clean the wall, it just didn’t look right. So we offered to paint the area. We see anywhere between 3-6 clients a day. My expectations are that every job goes seamlessly and without an issue. Life just doesn’t work that way. However, my satisfaction is that the client is taken care of reasonably and fair."
