Ken came out and met us. He always made sure I was happy with his job. He took the measurement of the area and worked out a quote for us. He met with our tile supplier because he is not the tile supplier for us. He went through our designer link to make sure the materials we were using and made sure he had all the right equipment for it. He worked up a quote for us and sent it to us. His was not the most or the least expensive quote. His price was average. He continuously followed up with me. He scheduled the appointment a week in advance with me. He told us to let him know a week in advance when he would be needed and for how many days so he would be there. If he was working in an area where he had a question he immediately stopped the work and called me to make sure he understood what I wanted before he proceeded. After he finished with an area he wanted me to inspect it to ensure it was up to my standards. There was one particular case where we had talked about a design that had to be laid in the master bathroom. The tile on the master bath was laid right but it was not laid in the right angle. So he pulled it all up and re-laid it. He wanted me to be happy. He wanted to make sure his client was happy. He made sure everything was the way we wanted. Everything we picked out he installed it for us. If there was something I hated I am sure he would have pulled it out because he is that kind of an installer. He was very good. One of the girls that worked for me recommended him to me. I am a realtor. She and I are very picky and want everything to be perfect. He fits the bill perfectly. He also does wood flooring but I did not get it done. He is fantastic.
