Secure View Glass

We had some big eye sores in our great room  as the seals had broken on several windows and the windows were cloudy.  After searching and discussing window replacement with several companies we were not ready to commit to a style of windows for our entire home (we have 32 wood windows, which we love because we can paint them)  We called Secure Glass and a few other local companies, all returned our call the same day and provided estimates to replace the glass.  We also had in home visits with a couple window replacement companies and they too provided estimates to install new windows.  After a week past, Karim followed up (other other glass replacement companies did not).  We scheduled an in home visit the following day, discussed the process, and got their assurance that they would not only protect the mahogany floor, but they would not disturb the paint (which had just been completed the week before!)  Within a week we had the glass installed. 
We are pleased as punch!!  The great room looks like it did when we fell in love with this house.  The windows are beautiful!  The team was very professional, on-time and most importantly pleasant (especially when they uncovered the damage to the wood - thank you guys).  They proteccted the floor and my new paint job.  I can't thank them enough for bringing back the sunshine and getting rid of those cloudy windows.  Looking at the room now (and the outside too) - you would never know they were here.

Karim came to give an estimate on replacing the rollers on an 8' sliding glass door to my terrace.  They were not on time and required a cash deposit, which I am always weary of doing.  After 3 rescheduled and missed appointments (apparently they had to order a larger roller set for these doors) they finally showed.  They installed standard rollers that immediately began making loud noises, but assured me they were fine.  Less than a month later the door again will not work and $195 down the drain!!  I called to complain and spoke to Karim who promised to come out the next day.  However, as usual, he never came and never called back.These are not professionals and I would never allow them back to work on anything.
Over 4 months later and still no response from this company.  Certainly fly-by-night and not reliable.  Took the money, gave terrible product and service and disappeared.
