I purchased tires from Tirerack and was looking to get them mounted and balanced. I called several other competitors for pricing and Sears was the most cost effective option by at least $40 for both services (mounting/balancing and alignment) combined. So I decided to bring my vehicle to Sears Auto to have them mounted and balanced. Upon arriving to the garage, I was greeted and quickly checked in. The mechanic estimated the service would take about an hour and a half and he mentioned that he would call when the car was ready to be picked up. The service was completed about an hour and 15 mins later with no issues.

It went well.

We are happy with their products and their customer service. It was delivered in a timely manner. They were very professional.

It was a great experience and they job was really well done; they have a lot of good deals and have the best pricing in the area. They were very attentive and professional with me when I was there. They were informative and gave me all the options and different packages that I could go with.

I do not know much about cars and felt that they were trying to sell me on multiple services that were not necessary; this made me very uncomfortable. My car took 2 hours longer than they said it would and I had to keep checking with them to see if it was finished. Also, I had a spare on and they just threw it in my trunk, they didn't put it back in place! It was bad service and a high price, I wouldn't recommend it.

Update: When I went for my next oil change at a new place, they told me that my last oil change had been done incorrectly and that oil had been spilling all over my engine for the last 3 months! So really, do not go to this place!

We called about the refrigerator that we had. It was only six years old and we said that we would like someone to come out and evaluate it. As a matter of fact, they had repair men and they wouldn't talk about making an appointment for the repair men to come out. Instead they talked about warranty plans. They asked us about which plan we would like to buy so that whenever something goes wrong, it's covered by the warranty. They showed me the variety of warranty plans that they had. I told them that I wasn't interested in a warranty plan. I told them that I just wanted someone to come out and tell me what was wrong with the refrigerator and if it's worth repairing it or not because it was only six years old. They wouldn't discuss that unfortunately. The people in the sales department itself were just extremely helpful and I couldn't say enough good things about the sales people and so forth. The repair people were not good. We just thrashed the six year old refrigerator and bought a new one. We got an extended warranty for six years, so that at least we know we won't pay anything for the next six years. It's a five year warranty but it's on top of the one year that you get with your bonus. That was our experience and we decided to just forget it. It was our condenser that wasn't working right and it would cost us $500, and so we thought we might as well buy a new one. We were not happy at all with their service because they were dealing with something else. We never got any satisfaction and so we just went back and bought a new refrigerator. I think they should be trained differently and that's my opinion. They answered the phone but they were not responsive. They wouldn't even come out. They were honest and helpful and so forth with my daughter when she had a problem. I would give them another chance. The rest of the people were wonderful to work with. They are a team and we had one that was not a team player. We will use their services again in the future.

We had brought a new dishwasher that was under warranty, so it was a part of warranty service. A piece of food was stuck in one of the drain of my dishwasher. They are pretty good and they are great. I would use their service in the future too.

Professional sales job; appliances won't be delivered until home is built, so we don't know yet about delivery or installation.

I drove into the garage with my car smoking and I could barely turn the wheel. The service man immediately moved the cones out of the way to let me into the garage. Mr. Dan Gooding immediately looked at my car and detected the issue. He then called Mr. Phouc Phang (the mechanic) to inspect further. They both showed me what caused the smoke and locking of the steering wheel. Mr. Gooding walked me over to the counter and registered the vehicle information. He was very pleasant, professional, and personable. He assured me that he would have no problem getting the parts replaced before the end of the day. I work right across from the Sears Auto Repair. By the time I got to my office (10 minutes) he called to provide and estimate and time of completion. I was extremely pleased with the time repair estimate and RELIVED that the cost wasn't going to send me to a new car dealership. Both Mr. Gooding and Mr. Phang displayed excellence in their craft and customer service. I understand why they are on Angie's List.

Sears did a really good job, we got a good deal. The guy who serviced us was very knowledgeable and they took away the old dryer for us. They are efficient and are good at answering questions. They came when they said they would and they do show up. Two guys came to install it and they did not make a mess.

I checked consumer reports to see what models were recommended and Sears was uniformly at the top of the list so I based my purchase decision on that. I got a military discount so I would say I got a good price. We are satisfied with the quality.
