Outstanding!! I called late on a Friday, the on/off valve in my shower/tub broke leaving the water running at full blast and hot. I was able to turn the water off at the main line in the basement. There was no need for him to come that evening as I could just turn the water on and fill a bucket to flush toilets, or fill a pot for the kitchen and to wash, then turn it off. So, I definitely had access to water. Mr. Sa and his wife arrived at 8:30 am the next morning, I added another on/off valve in the 1/2 bath sink. After a quick review of the work to be done, they went to Home Depot and were back in less than an hour, on a Saturday no less. I asked for a different valve style in both the shower and sink, they got exactly what I wanted. They had to cut into the wall in the bedroom in the back of the shower to complete the job properly, they put a panel in place for easy access if needed in the future. Nice to have that access. He even told me about a problem with my water heater, which I had meant to mention. Turns out, though, too much sediment has settled on the bottom. I bought that water heater around 1999, so expect at some point I will call Mr. Sa to replace that - will have to wait until it dies. The cost for the work completed today was VERY reasonable. I very much appreciated the quick response and the quality job. Thank you so much. I have a new plumber.
