Fantastic! Bobby was very thorough in the inspection. Although he was more expensive than the other quotes we received we ultimately went with Bobby because of the reviews we saw online - and it was well worth it! He let my husband follow him around throughout the whole inspection. He pointed things out that needed maintenance and where they were issues/what the issue was/how to fix it. The final report we received was very detailed with pictures he took throughout the inspection and recommendations on how to fix each item. We also received our home inspection report the same day! I would highly recommend Bobby to anyone looking to get a home inspection done.

Bobby provides a very professional and informative service.  I learned an incredible amount about the house I was buying during the inspection. He provides a detailed report with pictures and tips and suggestions for maintenance and how to use features in the home. Very highly recommended.

Bobby Mayberry was recommended by my buyer's agent (realtor). He performed two inspections for me. In September, I had an as-is contract on a condo that had cosmetic issues but appeared to be in good shape otherwise. Bobby's thorough inspection revealed plumbing, electrical, and other problems. He saved me from making a costly mistake. In November, when I found another unit at the same location, I did not hesitate to request Bobby's services once again. His inspection report was detailed and the sellers did not object to fixing the minor problems that turned up.

As he reviewed the house he also gave us as 1st time home buyers tips, help in how to maintain the house. Also gave a great report that my family member who inspects commercial properties was impressed with. He did miss one minor thing that we have since fixed but he was incredibly through and we feel like we knew what we were purchasing
