It was amazing. I basically spoke my idea and wishes and he made it a reality. When this work was done, were already living in the house. They came in, covered everything and did the work so quickly and cleanly that when the work was done it didn't even appear that they had been there other than the beautiful completed work.

As for the sump pump, he wired it so that it is had an auxiliary power supply so that it wouldn't be affected by power outage. It is working excellent.

Excellent. I have used Allen Bahrami and his company Royal Construction on multiple house construction jobs during the last 15 years and he has always done an excellent job. He and his workmen are professional and courteous. They leave the property clean and safe at the end of the day for children and pets. I have used him for bathroom remodeling, basement remodeling, replacement of basement windows with drainage features, wood floor refinishing, and repair of an outdoor balcony that had major structural deterioration. I am very happy with his work and will definitely use him again.
