They did a great job of fixing the leak, but when they pulled the deck away from the house they realized it was out of code. The only option they gave us was putting on a new deck which we couldn't afford to do. When we sold the house it was one of the things we needed to fix that the inspector found. After a lot of research, we found out that you can pull away boards to fix the problem for a thousand dollars. It would have saved us a lot of headace if they had done it at the time the deck was already pulled away from the house. We felt like we shold have been given all of the options instead of just replacing the deck. They also did not put in flashing against the deck and the house properly where they should have which an inspector found when we were selling.

I have had him work for me and my clients since 2001. He is very qualified and dependable. In 2002, we had some work done that we felt needed attention. We let him know about it and he did it for no charge. I highly recommend this company and I will continue to use him in the future.

I had them replace just about everything in our kitchen. I liked the fact that they had promised the whole project would be done in three weeks and it was done in three weeks. They did a great job on everything.
