Description of Work: Rilko redid our kitchen, laundry, and powder room. He did an excellent job. He was reasonably priced, did the job in the time he said, and all the work was of high quality. He had very good ideas about how we should do things, and is more than willing, while he was there, to do the odd repairs that are needed in any house.

Description of Work: Over many years this firm has redone my kitchen, all three bathrooms and a number of smaller projects in the home. We were referred to these folks by a significant number of our neighbors, at least eight that I can think of, all of whom had major projects completed by Dave and his crew. Projects completed were bathrooms, kitchens, sunroom addition and a major renovation/addition to a home resulting in a approximately 30% increase in floor space. On one occasion Dave and his crew rescued my home and family after a waterline failure which had pretty much such us down. Dave's crew jumped right in and completely restored/rebuilt and renovated everything requiring work in a matter of 5 days for what I considered to be a very reasonable price.

Description of Work: Dave Rilko built us a 20 x 20 kitchen addition on the back of our home. He was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. After the initial meeting, he quickly got us a very a detailed list of specs, prices, and plans. He has contacts from many resources at all price levels of anything you might need. Dave and his crew worked every day that weather permitted and got our room done ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend Rilko construction and would not hesitate to call Dave if we ever need any further contruction or renovation.

 + -1 moreThey did a great job of fixing the leak, but when they pulled the deck away from the house they realized it was out of code. The only option they gave us was putting on a new deck which we couldn't afford to do. When we sold the house it was one of the things we needed to fix that the inspector found. After a lot of research, we found out that you can pull away boards to fix the problem for a thousand dollars. It would have saved us a lot of headace if they had done it at the time the deck was already pulled away from the house. We felt like we shold have been given all of the options instead of just replacing the deck. They also did not put in flashing against the deck and the house properly where they should have which an inspector found when we were selling.
Description of Work: We had a leak coming from the outside outlet past the sliding door on our deck to the basement door.

 + 0 moreI have had him work for me and my clients since 2001. He is very qualified and dependable. In 2002, we had some work done that we felt needed attention. We let him know about it and he did it for no charge. I highly recommend this company and I will continue to use him in the future.
Description of Work: I hired this company to do major remodeling to my home that i recently purchased. He and his crew added 2 rooms, remodeled my kitchen, added new windows, and doors and modernized my home. This team is incredible and Dave Rilco is a honorable man. They have also done work for my neighbors.

 + 3 moreI had them replace just about everything in our kitchen. I liked the fact that they had promised the whole project would be done in three weeks and it was done in three weeks. They did a great job on everything.
Description of Work: They took care of the all of the plumbing, electrical, ceramic tile, cabinets and installing the appliances in our newly remodeled kitchen.
