RESTORETECH CARPET CLEANING -JOHN PLETCHER

Restoretech was recommended by USAA when we had fire damage in our home. We selected them and they quickly and efficiently removed all damaged material from the house to prevent further damage. They asked us to select 2-3 weeks worth of stuff that they would clean quickly and bring back to us while they worked to clean everything else for storage until our move-back-in date. PATRICK was VERY responsive and helpful in getting important items like my son's baseball uniform back to us in time for his baseball game 2 days after the fire. AND when he couldn't find pices to it, he bought new ones and brought them instead! AMAZING!! My biggest complaint though is that when ALL the rest of things were brought to us we had a box of things that didn't belong to us.. AND they seemed to have mixed up some of our things with another of the fire victim's in the same fire. It seems to me that a company whose expertise is in cleaning and repairing clothing after a fire would know how to keep items from different homes SEPARATE from one another. We are still missing some items and several things were damaged or destroyed in the cleaning process. ALSO their inventory list wasn't very specific so when we had to choose some things to be brought to us to live in the temporary home, we had no idea what was in the "kitchen items" box so we had to ask for ALL the "kitchen" boxes.. when we really only needed a few specific things. They didn't seem to label the boxes very well at all with WAY too many labeled "Misc". ALSO- they don't have a clear hirearchy in who is in charge and to whom to escalate complaints.

They were recommended by the insurance company. They came to do an estimate. They were very efficient. They gave a fair price. They cleaned up and they did a good job. They got rid of all of the debris and got rid of a bad smell. They were rather efficient about it and responsive to my needs.

I was happy with the results and the work they did. Everything came out clean and dried well. They were on time and were professional. They had the job done quickly and I would definitely refer them to others.
