It was two ladies and they were just amazing. They were expensive but worth every penny. My chandelier has hundreds of glass prisms and they took it apart and cleaned every one of them. I would recommend them for a one time super cleaning. My realtor swore up and down about them so I decided to use them. They were super professional on the windows. There is not a streak on any glass surface that I have. They got behind the refrigerator and they cleaned the oven. We have a Jacuzzi tub that hasn't been used since we moved here a couple of years ago and they cleaned the drainage system and the pipes for that. It had filth bulging out before and now it runs clean. It was a team of two and they literally spent all day here; they didn't leave until 9 pm. They cleaned the chimney and it is spotless in there; you could eat off of it. The way they folded all the towels is reminiscent of a hotel. They folded the toilet paper into triangles. They charged 4 times more than my regular cleaning lady. I would absolutely use them again.
