James is a shmoozer like many of the contractors we interviewed but we went with him bc the price was right, he promised a to be done in less than 2 weeks and we had 2 friends use him and their projects were beautiful. He was not the easiest person to work with when you wanted specific ideas executed. Our projects did turn out beautiful but 2, 3, and 4 mos later we contacted him about a shelf that was promised in our shower that was never delivered and we have other issues like grout cracking, toilet moving, shower door not installed properly, and areas that were never caulked. He ghosted us completely.

James and his team did a great job - they went through the house with a look at what was needed and then let me know what it would cost. They were quick and thorough.

My tenant destroyed the house with her dogs and just not taking care of the property. Steve Fox was recommended by my real estate agent and he took charge from there and restored the place to its original shape without any heart ache from me.

They gave a very clear timetable of what would be accomplished in a certain time frame and all deadlines were met. We would absolutely use them again.

I had a separate contractor come out and inspect the mold and he cant see anywhere where Remodeling Solutions even touched the mold. I would not recommend this company to anybody!

He removed both toilets and the rubber ring was gone. He brought me in the bathroom and showed me what needed to be done.
