Jim remained in contact with me, as well as our landlord (who does not reside locally), provided a competitive estimate, and followed up to answer all questions and concerns. The tree that was removed was old and big and riddled with carpenter ants. It was fast becoming a safety issue and we had contacted another tree company prior to Jim, that promised several times to come by for an estimate but never did. When I was told about Quality Landscaping, I called Jim, and he came over that afternoon to assess the work. He provided an estimate to our landlord in a timely manner and the work was done within a week.
