Very well, this is a convenient service that is very reliable. I can't see why anyone would do it another way.

First time using this service and I am very pleased. They were there early on the day they promised and the tank they left is in great condition. I dealt with the office manager to correct an address issue that was my fault and she was very accommodating and helpful. This is definitely better than having an empty tank roll around my car while I drive to an exchange location and then hassle with getting someone to unlock the cage.

I really like this service. They show up, do exactly what they say, are priced reasonably, and do things on time and professionally. There are cheaper ways to get propane (which are a pain in the neck, in my experience), and there are easier ways to get propane (which are expensive), but this is a really nice balance.

I've used Propane Taxi for a few years now. I'm very happy with their service. They do one thing and do it well. I have two propane tanks for my grill...a primary and a backup. When the primary runs out of fuel, I install the backup and schedule Propane Taxi to swap the empty tank with a full tank. I leave the empty tank out in front of my house on the agreed-to day. At some point during the day, they swap the empty tank for a full tank. Now I have a new backup tank ready to go.
It's really as simple at that. They swap tanks when they say they will. The prices are a tad higher than if I lugged the empty tank to the gas station or Home Depot...but I'll gladly pay the extra few dollars to avoid lugging a tank across town and back again, plus avoid dealing with the wacky automated machine at Home Depot that only occasionally works correctly. It's well worth the convenience.
My only quibble is that to get the lowest cost tank swap, you need to be willing to wait 2 or so weeks for service. If you are in no hurry, that works great. But if you need a swap on a tighter schedule, you will pay a few dollars more.

In my experience, a company is proven by how it responds to a customer problem or complaint. Sooner or later, even a great service company will make a mistake, and that is when the true story is told.
For the past three years, I have used Propane Taxi to exchange two propane tanks that I hold on rotation for my grill. I first discovered the company through a Costco promotion, and I was thrilled. For about the same price it cost me to drive to the local hardware store and refill my tank, I could get an exchange delivered to my door, with an added bonus being that Propane Taxi fills tanks to full capacity (most providers underfill tanks as a practice). During that time, Propane Taxi has come precisely when it said it would, dependably and without complication.
Today was different. I accepted Taxi's offer to receive a discount by ordering weeks in advance, and the delivery should have happened today. As always, I put my tank by my front door, only to arrive home and find the same tank. When I complained to customer service, I received a credit and a new delivery date for next week. That's how good companies keep good customers!
I highly recommend Propane Taxi as a customer-focused company with excellent service, reasonable prices, and an excellent business plan. My suggestion is that customers rotate two tanks, as I do, an utilize the advance fill discount the company offers. When one tank is empty, attach the second and contact Propane Taxi online to refill the first. This is the most carefree way of grilling regularly and never running out of fuel that I have experienced.

I have used them for over two years and it always goes well with Propane Taxi. They make their deliveries when they say they will, exactly on schedule, and I think their prices are reasonable for the services offered. I will continue to use their services.

I've used them for a couple years now. They deliver which is a great idea. It's usually more full than the refills I've got in the past.

I was satisfied with them. I can order tank online. If one is already a customer, they would have an empty tank and they can put wherever they want. They take care of it. It is better than some of the places around where they have it at the hardware stores and grocery stores. Theirs is more convenient. I don't get it the next day. They have a lot of areas and the wait time will be 2-3 days. I get emails when they are running specials. They are very professional. I just have to pay when I need it.

We think they're wonderful. They often have coupons and sales. We like the ease of use. Once we have an account with them online, we just go on and leave the tank out wherever we want to, and they come very punctually. They email us when they're on their way and also when the tanks have been exchanged. We've never had a problem. We think the cost may be a little bit more, but we love the convenience. If we don't want to disconnect the tank from the grill ourselves, they'll do that as well at an extra charge. They're extremely reliable and it's just very easy the way they have it set up online. We will continue to use them in the future.

They deliver a new one and take the old one. I need to go online and order, it takes a day. I need to leave the tank out there and they come and get it replaced. That's it. I have never seen them. When I go and exchange it, I need to load it over and take it, that's more expensive. I have always ordered it and in a day it is there. I have been ordering them for more than 2 years.

They come to you and you don't have to go anywhere to change your tank.

My first time buying propane so not a lot to compare with. Website was easy to use, service was professional and timely, and the delivery man was friendly. I would use it again definitely.

We received a coupon and decided to try the service. Even without the coupon, the standard cost is equal to the price we pay at our local grocery store. I placed the order online and chose the delivery date. The driver arrived by 8 am with the new tank and removed the old. We connected and used the new tank tonight without any problem. Very convenient service!

We ordered propane delivery Saturday evening using a promotion delivered in the mail. We set our empty propane tank on the deck (that is accessible from the rear of our home) for a tank exchange on Monday. Exchange was made some time on Monday and they even hooked the new tank up on the grill even though we did not request that service. All contact was made via internet including billing. We received a reminder the day before the exchange to place the empty propane tank out and we received a delivery confirmation the day the tank was delivered. It was a great service that we definitely plan on using again and will be certain to tell other people about.

They are very conscientious, they come on time, and are very professional.
