I've used them for a variety of landscaping jobs. I've used them to remove stumps also. They have competitive prices. I would tell a friend that they are prompt, they leave the area clean, and do great work. I've never had a problem with them.

They are excellent. They are great. These guys are reliable and I can count on them whatever it happens to be snow or lawn care. They are terrific. The price I pay is pro-rated. I have been with tem for years and I can say that these guys are reliable. I trust them. They come and do the job. They know what they are doing and they do a good job. I will say to others that they have a good contact time and you can get an estimate. You can go around and see some of his work and it is very good. The front yard blends well to the next.
They are probably more expensive than other people but you get what you pay for.

It was wonderful this morning to see that the snow had been removed from our hilly driveway and our walkway before we got up!
The price will be determined by the amount of snow removed now, and perhaps in the days to come if need be.  The fact that we can rely on Todd's team for any lawn care needs and snow removal if needed is wonderful.

It went very well.  They were her on time as scheduled, and they called me the day before due to the weather being a factor. They did a lot of work on both.  They cleaned up everything and I was very satisfied with their work.

Very professionally operated/managed. Owner/manager is professionally educated in forestry, which helps with tree problems also. Background in plant sciences helps with identification of species, future problems with enough of a timeline to plan for.

This is the third year that I have hired Professional Property Maintenance, Inc. to mow my lawn.  From spring of 2011, when someone came out and gave me an estimate and I signed a contract, until now it has continued to be a simple, worry-free process that is well worth the price.  In 2012 and again this year I simply renewed my contract by mail.  PPM, Inc. is here once a week to cut the grass from the time it starts to grow until it stops growing!  They do such quality work and they're so dependable that I plan to hire them next year for landscape maintenance in addition to lawn mowing.

We've been using PPM Inc for a few years and have not been disappointed.  We pay yearly which gives us a discount.  They are prompt, courteous, friendly and quick.  I never have to call them to remind them about our lawn; very professional. A couple years ago we had a tree split in two and I called PPM Inc first for an estimate.  I went with PPM because they had the best price and I knew their service was exceptional.  They had the tree downed, cut up, stump removed and ground policed up in no time.  It was amazing!  This is a very good company.

I cant say enough about him. Everything is done well, they are always on time, they know exactly how I like my lawn, they know how I like my trees trimmed, my mulch is always perfect. Great group of people and I would definitely reccommend them!

Every time PPM performs any service for us, it is perfect, professional, and exactly what we ask for.  The crew is friendly and has been with the company for many years...we see the same people all the time.  Todd Patten, the owner, responds promptly to all our calls and gives us his expert advice when asked.  After PPM removed a very large tree, the space was totally clean of all debris and the stump was gone...like nothing was ever there.  We have so much pruning done, and again, there is never any debris and the work is always perfect.

The work is always done efficiently and in a timely manner.  Todd is very responsive to any problems that might occur or new service/estimate that you need done.

PPM did an excellent job.  Initially, they came out to remove 4 large fallen limbs.  I called them based on an add in our neighborhood paper, after trying for a month to get various other companies to come out and provide an estimate.  The other companies were all "too busy with more important work."  Todd from PPM came the day after I called to provide an estimate for limb removal.  I also asked for an estimate for later removal of the tree and grinding of the stump as it was evident the tree had to be removed because of serious internal damage.  PPM did the limb removal within 2 days of providing the estimate.  They not only removed the limbs, but they cleaned up the yard afterward, removing debris such as dead leaves and sticks.  Todd came to start the crew and make sure everything was done appropriately. 
Three months later, I scheduled the tree removal.  I did not get additional estimates because I felt loyalty to PPM for their previous responsiveness and I was very pleased with the work they had done.  Why take a chance on another company I didn't have experience with?  PPM started exactly on time, had the correct equipment and skilled workers.  Todd came again to start the crew and as I spoke with him, his high level of knowledge of trees and landscaping was evident.  The crew worked together very efficiently, each knowing what his job was.  They were amazingly strong (this was a big tree), working 7 hours to remove the tree, grind the huge stump and surrounding roots, and remove the debris.  They were very careful not to damage my sprinkler system, although I thought damage would be inevitable.  They also removed a lot of fallen leaves in my yard that had come from my neighbors' trees, reducing the work I'll have to do as we move toward winter.  The crew was very skilled and although they were hispanic, they had an excellent command of English, making communication easy.  I would highly recommend PPM to anyone.  I will also talk to them about yard maintenance, now that I realize they do that service as well.  I will use this company again.
