Not a standard review, but one I felt had to made here ... from a tenant's point of view. Erin and team were gracious and understanding; guiding our family through a difficult landlord/tenant relationship. Her commitment to communicate and listen ultimately resulted in amicable resolution for both parties. As a property owner myself, Premiere's service instilled confidence that, were they to manage my own properties, they would be thorough and fair. Furthermore, I'm certain that my tenants, throughout the period of Lease, would be treated professionally while Premiere executed their role and responsibility. Bottom Line: you should use Premiere Property Management if you want a company who provides personal attention to you and your property. I rented my home three years ago for the first with another company and it was a nightmare. The company only did the bare minimum leaving my tenants frustrated due to lack of communication and multiple "staff" members who did not communicate with each other. So, I was in search of another PM company and interviewed three PM and chose Erin and Lesley at Premiere Property Management! I met with them both and interviewed them for quite a long while due to my previous bad experience with another company. I ended up choosing this company because of the long-standing careers of Erin and Lesley and the "premiere" services they offer that the other companies didn't. I am really looking forward to working with them in the future!!

Premiere did outstanding management of my rental property and was very responsive to any issues raised by my tenants. Any necessary repairs were completed quickly by one of the many contractors they work with. They also listed and sold the property for us quickly. They are very professional and have been a joy to work with.
