Description of Work: I lost the top of a chimney piece in a wind storm--I am not sure what it is called. But my chimney is very tall rising from my roof so my handyman could not re-attach it. He recommended Pond for the work. They came out right away for a free estimate and then when they worked on it, threw in some extras while they were on the roof for free. I was very happy with them and their work.

Description of Work: They replaced my roof shingles, installed an attic fan, and repaired some damage to the interior trusses which resulting from a falling tree. They came out promptly and suggested options. It took about 3 weeks until they could start the work because they had other work on the schedule.I would have appreciated less lead time, because we had a tarp on the roof covering a hole and it blew off in a storm in the interim. They did a good job with one exception. They drove a nail through a pipe to our a/c system and said it was our fault because the a/c pipe was installed closer to the roof than code. They were in my attic before the work began and I thought they would have evaluated for any possibility like that. So in addition to what I paid for the roof, I also had to pay significant money for an a/c company to come and fix the piping.

Description of Work: Repaired the roof around the furnace flue. It has leaked in heavy rainstorms for 18 years. The roofing company that did our original roof would come from time to time and say the problem was solved. It never was repaired properly until Pond Roofing analyzed the problem and fixed it! A+

Description of Work: We have used Pond for many years (disclaimer: we knew Betsy Pond, the former owner, on a personal basis). The estimator is always on time, if not early, and often makes small repairs on the spot. If the problem is not the roof but, for example, caulking around an upstairs window, Pond will say so and not make unnecessary repairs. The repairs they have made, none of which were major, have been good. We had a rather significant issue recently. The new owner came and inspected thoroughly. Our roof is complicated and has unusual features. He referred us to a much large company that works on commercial as well as residential structures, saying that the work was beyond Pond's capability. We accepted the referral.
