We have used him for 4 to 5 years. Service is fine and their price is very competitive. Once you get an appointment from them, they seem to be very reliable. They show up on time and do the job. I call them every year. 

Our gutters are now draining, so they were effective.  It is a small operation, they arrive when they say they will and the price is great.  We will continue to use them yearly.

Pinnacle Services provides the yard work we need at a reasonable cost. Our lawn is " natural" with an abundance of weeds so our needs are modest. Pinnacle Services has kept our lawn cut for years. They come every two weeks on their schedule. I do not need to be here when they mow the lawn of clear our leaves. Annually, I need to remind them of property boundary so that they do not mow our neighbor's natural growth. To get to one section of our property, they need to go over the neighbor's property. After reviewing that with them, they keep their blades up. Whenever I call to request an additional service, Jaime calls to discuss scheduling the service. If I call because a section of yard was skipped, they respond promptly. We plan to continue to use their lawn service.
