Phoenix Home Services is what you want in a contractor, they are professional, work efficiently, have excellent designs and workmanship is first class. It's rare when your project turns out better than expected and the very minor punch items on a large project were handled immediately. They finished ahead of schedule, which is amazing in a time of materials shortages, and we feel part of the Phoenix "Family" rather than just a customer. It doesn't get any better.

Fantastic! We had just finished a nightmare bathroom renovation with another company and were hesitant to embark on another project. Thankfully, the experience with Phoenix was completely different. Our family decided to build an addition for our house that would replace our large deck with a two-story sunroom, dining room, and large second-story balcony. We also remodeled our foyer and sitting room at the same time; this was a large and complex project. At the advice of our architect, we met with Phoenix Home Services to scope the project. Steve Bowes, one of the owners, was the project lead, and he stayed closely involved the entire time. Scoping went pretty quickly, as our wonderful architect had detailed plans - we met a few times at the house to confirm elements of the plan, and high-level choices for materials, and even met at the Pella window showroom to select windows together. This was our first time doing a project like this, and it was very reassuring to have so much involvement from Phoenix during this phase of the project. When it came time to sign the contract, Steve reviewed all the terms, in-scope work and materials, and anything that would be considered out-of-scope. This was in the middle of the pandemic, and despite supply chain issues and other uncertainties, I felt we came to a very fair agreement and were given an estimate for when the project would begin, which was several months out. This wasn't a surprise, and actually fit our own schedule very nicely. The payment schedule was also extremely fair, with a portion due up front as a deposit, and then scheduled milestone payments throughout the project - it gave me some reassurance that there was clear motivation to finish construction on time and showed that Phoenix had some skin in the game as well. As we approached the start date for the project, we had several touchpoints with Steve, and we were well prepared once things got underway. This is when we were first introduced to Les, who led the exterior crew - they built a fortress of an addition. I was concerned that these new rooms would feel less sturdy that the rooms they attach to, but it is incredibly well built and is as solid as any original portion of this house. As the exterior work progressed, we also got to meet Bob, the master carpenter, who led the interior crew. Bob is incredibly skilled at what he does, and we appreciated how patient he was with us as we changed our minds several times about the design of our interior work and the finishes and details. His work was incredible, and as funny as it sounds, we miss having him around every day! No project is without issues, though, and we ran into unforeseen problems with the design that resulted in a major change- we were faced with the prospect of having to remodel our primary bathroom unexpectedly. Steve handled this situation as well as could possibly be expected - he was able to get a bathroom remodeling crew assigned quickly, gave us a generous price for the labor, and put forth every effort to turn this change into a positive. The silver lining is that we got to work with Martin, who did an exquisite job on our bathroom - the attention to detail he had on our tile work was outstanding, and we're thrilled with outcome. As the project wrapped up, the team was great about managing our mutual punch-list for touch ups, fixes, and miscellaneous items. They finished on time, and the end result looks amazing; we couldn't be happier. We're not calling anyone else for the next project we do - Phoenix proved that they do great work, care about their customers, and delivered on their promise.

Excellent!!! Highly recommend this company. They provided print-outs before the project for us to review, gave excellent recommendations to our questions, and the price was extremely fair for the quality of work that was done. The crew kept right on schedule, and we were provided weekly updates as to what would be done each week. The work was excellent and the crew members were very prompt each day and cleaned up before leaving. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Phoenix Home Services - would definitely use this company again and would encourage anyone anticipating a home project to contact them!!

You will find that Phoenix will stand by their customers from beginning to end. It’s no wonder that they have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureaus (BBB), with no complaints! Clint will help you see your vision in an even better way than you can imagine – his designs are creative, clean-looking and beautiful – your project will come to life exactly as the plan schematics are drawn up. His expertise and ideas will help you come up with the perfect project within your budget (and Phoenix keeps to their budget, which gives great peace of mind). The proposal I received with the scope of work and materials was very detailed and was superior to all the other estimates I received. Because of the specificity and clarity of the proposal, it was easy to make the decision to go with Phoenix. Clint stays in constant communication with you as the plans are put into reality and is very reassuring as you go through the permitting process. He is always available to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Clint loves his job and exudes enthusiasm for creating a project that you will love, which makes you look forward to the finished product even more than you originally imagined. Once the project is underway, Steve keeps you closely informed of the schedule and all facets of the construction. I can’t say enough about the responsive communication I had throughout all phases of the project. Steve is extremely helpful in helping you make choices for materials and colors/finishes. Having Steve overseeing the project gave me great confidence that the outcome would be exactly what I expected. He is very pleasant to work with and he makes sure that there is great attention to detail and craftmanship in the work that is being done. You can tell that the Phoenix team is just as invested as you are in the quality and end results of their work. Steve was on top of any issues that came up and was quick to respond to any concerns or questions I had while the work was being done. Clean-up was excellent. The end result is that I have a beautiful covered deck and sunroom and it is the envy of all of my friends and neighbors! I would not hesitate to work with Phoenix again and I am happy to recommend their work to anyone who is considering a home improvement project.

Cant give these guys enough praise on the renovation of our basement. Of course in any renovation unknown things pop up (especially in a home like ours originally built in the 1950's.) But Phoenix tackled it all with ease, professionalism and most of all competence of their craft. Need to move the HVAC? No problem. move the Hot water heater? Easy. Outdoor french drain? flip the stairs from one side of the house to the other? Rip out Concrete? Done. Done. Done. Custom Wine racks, custom cabinets? Hand made butcher block table with shelves and drawers? They made it seem like a breeze. We're planning another project next year and our first and only call will be to them.

It’s been our dream to remodel our kitchen for years now and Phoenix was the only one we trusted to do it. They’re professionalism, attention to detail and craftsmanship are excellent. We’re beyond happy with how the kitchen turned out. They’ve also redone our basement and we can’t recommend them enough.

Our screened in porch and deck turned out even better than we imagined. Phoenix had excellent communication throughout the lifetime of the project. The craftsmanship was great, the workers always arrived on time and cleaned up at the end of the day. Any minor issues that popped up were dealt with quickly and no fuss. We would work with Phoenix again on another project.

From the outset Phoenix Home Services was punctual, professional, helpful and most importantly creative in envisioning a new design for our driveway and walkway. The process could not have gone better. I believe we met nearly every member of the management team as each stopped by to monitor the work and to see how we were feeling about the project. Phoenix masons are expert. The attention to detail was phenomenal. We actually had people from the neighborhood walking into our yard to admire the work. This was a huge project for us. We had a new driveway, some retaining walls, and a new fire pit done outside and a complete remodel of our first floor, including a new kitchen and updated bathroom. Phoenix did an outstanding job, the team was great to work with and they communicated the schedule throughout the project. I would definitely recommend!

We hired Phoenix to renovate our kitchen and dining room which involved knocking down a wall, rerouting plumbing, electrical, and gas, and changing the height of the ceiling in some places. Phoenix finished the job quickly and communicated with us the whole time so we would know what to expect during the project. They were always responsive to our questions and handled a few surprises along the way. The crew did great work in our house and Phoenix works with great subcontractors for cabinets, tile, and counters. The relationship between Phoenix and their subcontractors meant that we just needed to pick what we wanted and they coordinated the rest. Overall a great experience!

Clint and the team did a fantastic job! They were very professional and their work was unbelievable. No pressure to get a contract like other outfits and we were informed daily on the progress of the job. No games! Timelines and expectations were delivered as promised. We contacted Phoenix in early 2020 to provide us with a quote for a small covered outdoor space. From the minute we reached out we've been exceedingly impressed with our experience in numerous ways. Our first visit was with Clint who listened to our initial ideas and gave us creative and functional ideas for how to make the space even better. His design blew us out of the water and it was no longer a question of who we would use for this project. Our original idea was a much lower price point than what Clint designed for us but certainly something we will use and love much more than the cheaper, lesser option. Communication has been outstanding, from initial contact throughout the process and into the follow up. Every team we've worked with has been quick and thorough to respond which is expected these days. Each week we were given a detailed timeline of what work was scheduled to be completed on each day so we knew what to expect. All project manager and teams who worked on our project were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever, everyone was so kind. Workmanship appears solid (we are only 1 week from completion) thus far. We watched each phase of the project unfold while it was happening and, from my novice experience, proper procedures and processes were followed throughout. We will not hesitate to recommend Phoenix to our friends and neighbors.

VERY happy with Phoenix Home Services, Inc.. They remodeled 3 bathrooms in our home, re-tiled kitchen and installed deck and railing, and we could not be happier. Final product is outstanding. Our experience with Phoenix home services was exceptional and we recommend them highly. They built two patios for us, one behind our house, and one with a fireplace in the woods by our property. Clint was very enthusiastic about out projects. He is very knowledgeable and provided solid and creative design recommendations after hearing what our goals were. His statement of work was detailed and itemized so there were no hidden surprises. He talked us through the entire process and his status updates were appreciated since we had to deal with inclement weather. Despite the weather and the holidays, they did an excellent job keeping within the schedule. The materials used were of good quality. The on-site team was courteous and the worksite was picked up and normalized once the job was completed. Despite the cold winter, the patios and fireplace are one of our family’s favorite gathering places to unwind. We expect many years of enjoyment through all the seasons and could not be happier with the finished product.

The Phoenix staff did an amazing job on delivering us the covered porch and deck that we wanted for our home. From the initial design and mock-up to making that picture a reality, the staff at Phoenix were polite, accommodating and above all else were excellent delivering on the final product. We would highly recommend them and look forward to hiring them again for any other home improvement needs and wants.

This is the second time we've hired Phoenix, this time to add a patio to the excellent screen porch they completed last year. We stand by everything in our original review (an "A" on 3/5/2020). Phoenix's estimate was not the lowest, but we felt comfortable paying for the quality and attention to detail they had demonstrated before. Tomas and his team worked efficiently and carefully, finishing the patio in 3 days and cleaning up the whole area. Clint and Brian did a seamless hand-off from sales to oversight and we always felt like we knew what to expect.

Thank you Clint, Steve, Les, and the entire team! We love our new deck and flagstone patio! Where do we start? Competitive pricing with a couple extra robust add-on’s by the owner, Clint, was the cherry on top to separate them from the other three decking companies we called. Even better is while they predicted the project wouldn’t start for another three months, we got a call two days after signing the contract that they could squeeze us in the following week. And they did. Wow. Fast forward to today and it’s done; we’re standing here looking at a massive deck with Trex and steps leading to a beautiful flagstone patio. Now we need some better weather to start enjoying them... Prompt and near daily communication, excellent pricing for the quality and speed, and no broken promises. We used Phoenix years ago for a smaller project at our old townhouse, so as a repeat customer, we couldn’t be happier for using them again.

I cannot recommend Phoenix enough and wish we had found them when we remodeled our home 4 years ago. They installed a new 500 sq ft patio, fire pit and updated our exterior siding to bring our home into the 21st century. The whole team is extremely professional and you can't beat Clint's designs. From start to finish, we were kept informed and involved in the design and installation process. Although they're not the cheapest contractor (but not the most expensive), you get what you pay for and that's top notch customer service, design and materials. We will definitely be using Phoenix for any other home projects we have in the future!

These guys did a great job. It took a while for the job to start, but once it did the communications were great. The quality of work was fantastic. The guys were always masked up and they made sure to protect the other parts of the house. They were all very courteous and professional. If you're thinking about having work done, give these guys a chance.

Overall Phoenix did a fantastic job with this project. Despite the current COVID environment, they were here everyday getting the job done. Communication was good, and we did not have any hiccups or addendums that weren't previously discussed from the original scope of the job. We did have some issues with the re-surfacing of the hardwood floors, but Phoenix went out of their way to ensure we were satisfied with the end product. They were fantastic to accommodate us on certain items based on our budget; one thing that stood out to us was this feature. We are so happy we found them and our house is better than we imagined it would be from the initial drawings. We hope to work with them again on other projects for our home.
