I went great. It was smooth and fast. Percy would be an excellent choice for personnel or business computer needs. He was very communicative. Very easy to talk to and easy to understand. If I had a question I would get an answer back within minutes by email or phone. I will definitely use PCTECK4U again.

very well.  he picked up the computer.  he kept me posted on progress.  he called with the diagnosis and the cost of the repair. he returned it promptly.

I was getting constant pop ups on my computer. Percy picked up the computer, cleaned it and returned it.

The pop ups came back and I sent Percy an email. He came to the house and and checked it. He found and deleted two folders that appear to be the source of the problem. He followed up with an email to check on the status.

Finding and eliminating these computer problems has become more difficult and it can take some time and effort. I suggest people be patient during the cleaning process.

I dropped off the computer and Percy told me he would be in touch the next day with his findings. The next day he let me know that he had identified and corrected the problem. He had also run anti spyware and anti malware to see if any other issues were pending. We picked up the computer without any issues and it logged on immediately, and has not had any problems since.

Very satisfied with the service performed.

I was given this company's name from the computer repairman I contacted originally who was unable to help me due to illness. I contacted Percy via email and heard back from him that day. We set up so I could drop the computer off at his home the following day. He wife was there when we dropped it off. She was very nice and had a paperwork ready for me. That evening (it was a Friday) I got a call from Percy w/the problem w/my computer and the cost of the replacement part. The only thing I could say was he didn't mention the cost of labor but I didn't bother to ask either and found the final cost reasonable so it wasn't an issue with me.
Once he had my power supply in and the computer was up and running he asked me about the other issues (slow processing) and offered to look into that too. I was more then happy to have him try to save my 7 year old desktop rather then have to purchase another one. Percy kept in contact with me the next day via email with updates on how it was going. The computer was done the same day but I wasn't available to pick it up so he was kind enough to let my husband come by on a Sunday to pick it up. The original issue was fixed, it worked quicker after he finished removing the viruses etc. The cost was reasonable and well worth it. I would certainly use Percy again and I have already recommended his company to several people including my father who owns his own small business.

A hacker sent me a spyware program called Personal Security. Since I refused to accomodate it by purchasing the anti virus software they were trying to lure me into clicking on, my computer was essentially frozen. I couldn't even run my existing anti virus scan or use the Restore Program. After making contact with 2 providers from Angie's List and unable to find availability for help, the last person I spoke to referred me to Percy at pctek4u. I placed the call, left a message and had a return call by the end of the day - and it was Saturday. Because of my schedule we couldn't find a mutually agreeable scheduled time until the following Wednesday at 4 p.m. Percy rang my door bell at precisely 4 p.m on Wednesday and got right to work. While he downloaded a program and began the tedious process of scanning all of the files on the computer in order to find the lethal attacker, he chatted professionally about issues like I had experienced, told me exactly what he was doing and what the difficulties might be. After over 3 hours of searching (his patience is amazing) he located the offending file, deleted it and now my PC is good as new. Next time I have need of computer expertise - hopefully not for an intruder - I will definitely call pctek4u. Forget the Geek Squad, I'm calling Percy!

I was unhappy with other computer support companies. I heard of PCTEK4U from a family member and decided to try it. I was very happy with this Co. great support and follow up ,reasonable price for the quality of work performend,professional staff, easy to work with them, fast phone response time too.
