Both Paul and one of his techs have been here more than once. They both are professional, personable and friendly to our dog and cats. (A cat sitting on the desk by the computer is no problem.) When we've had computer issues, Paul is easy to reach by phone. He gears solutions to the client rather than having a one-size-fits-all approach. For example, we're just two people, one of us with a small home-based business. What works for us is different than for a larger commercial office. (Paul works with lots of businesses.) Paul has also helped both of us by phone "build" computers on a manufacturer's website that fit our needs.

Paul on Call computer service was recommended to me by my neighbor. Last year I had Paul come out and clean up my computer after it became infected. I was impressed with his professionalism and computer knowledge. He was up-front with his prices which were very reasonable. I used Paul on Call again the beginning of this year and Andrew came out to install my home wireless and a new printer. He was just as punctual and knowledgeable. They both do very good work and I will use them in the future. I highly recommend them.
