Working with Paul has been a wonderful experience. As a first time buyer I was not sure what to expect, but with Paul?s guidance and expertise I was able to find my first home and I couldn't be happier. Paul was professional, knowledgeable and made himself available at all times. Paul recommended various reputable service providers such as loan officers, home inspectors, title and settlement companies. He explained their various pros and cons so I was able to make informed decisions. He answered all my questions and gave helpful advice. He was there every step of the way from looking at homes, negotiating, inspections, walk-throughs and finally settlement/closing and beyond. Paul always seem to look out for my best interest.
